こちらの滞在ですが、最初の受付で万が一の破損等があった場合の保証としてカード情報の提示を要求されますが、絶対にセキュリティ番号は書かないでください。カード情報を事細かく提示させるなんて不自然だなと思いましたが、流石に大丈夫だろうと油断していました。当方バンクーバー住みですが、後日トロントで不正利用が確認されました。Uberの利用でした。人のお金で楽にタクシーを使用し、好きな食べ物を食べれて満足でしたか？ せっかく良い時間を過ごせたと思っていましたが、本当に残念です。 改めて、カード情報は絶対に提示しないよう気をつけてください。

Petit déjeuner très simple (rôties et céréales), pas de jus de fruits. Cuisine propre. Nuitée calme et sans problème.

Comfortable beds and nice staff, the place is located at a nice place that makes it walkable to the main Toronto activities! Only downside is that it can be a little noisy at night, since is really near the Downtown. ( bring earplugs ) :)

La climatisation était bruyante et non suffisante pour la chambre

We had never stayed in a hostel, but found this with a private double room with private bath near the train station and quite liked it. The breakfast in the communal do-it-yourself kitchen was simple but enough.

Bon prix au centre-ville!

Such a nice place! Located in a walkable distance to city centre and the train station, my room was really good. The bathroom was in-room, which makes it a lot less competive and cleaner. And my bed was AMAZING. One of the most comfortable I've had in hostels. It also had a curtain which helps a lot. My only 2 points are: the portable airconditioning is too loud and too cold if you are standing near it, however without it it gets pretty hot. Second is to fix the plugs near the beds - having extensions taped to the bed is not ideal. Little shelves near the beds would also help a lot :)

Downtown, amazing location. No elevator so luggage to the third floor in the heat was a challenge for me. Clean comfortable room.

Everything was fine, only the breakfast could be a little better.

Close to public transport and train station! Curtains around the bed and in suite bathroom.

It was relatively smooth. Being as it's a hostel, you deal with a lot of other people and their habits. It's in a great location, but they were very challenging to contact by email or phone.

We booked a premium private room the picture on Expedia didn’t match our room, I mentioned it but was told they were having so many issues with Expedia, it wasn’t a big issue as the room was ok but the stairs and building we were in didn’t get cleaned once in 5 days as we could see the same dirt on the stairs, the bed was comfy and it was nice that it had a plug in air freshener in the bathroom and the shower was good although the tiled floor was slippy, you had to be careful, I liked the staff here except for one girl in the morning, she wasn’t friendly at all and made me feel awkward in the morning, she didn’t move to let me get plates and she could see I was waiting, she was just moving things about and I didn’t like leaning over her, she was just miserable, the rest were lovely, not sure if she was volunteering or permanent staff but she needs to smile a bit more, both young lads on the desk were very nice and helpful. The only big issue was the kitchen is just too small for the amount of guests trying to eat breakfast in the morning, there’s a thin table with 10 seats and a couple of mornings we had to eat in reception as there was no room, at first when I asked if we could eat in reception I was told no, we were stood up next to the hob, after a few mins we were told we could and others followed, you need a bigger area to eat in and this would put me off staying there again as you are on top of each other, apart from that we had a great stay as the area is great

L'acceuil le soir par Stéphan a été super. Il vous accompagne et vous explique tout (contrairement au message adressé pas besoin d'appeler passez la première porte puis sonnez). La literie est très correcte. Par contre en dortoir, si vous faîte plus de 1,90 m vous ne rentrerez pas. Une cuisine bien équipée pour faire vos repas. un petit déjeuner simple mais offert chaque matin avec des fruits frais. un espace commun cosi. un ordi avec accès sur internet. l'hébergement est réparti sur 4 bâtiments je crois si vous êtes dans celui de l'accueil vous aurez l'avantage de bénéficier de l'espace commun & cuisine dans sortir et d'une toillette bien commode quand celle du dortoir est squattée par les personnes qui se lavent. Surtout si celle-ci l'occupe plus d'une heure ;-( . Je recommande cet hébergement bien situé facilement accessible à pieds depuis la gare. éviter le dortoir 19 où la clim fait un bruit d'enfer. c'est simple je l'éteignais pour la nuit mais en plein châleur cela promet des nuits torrides dans le dortoir.

As this was my first time staying at the Clarence Park - Hostel, I had no idea what to expect. On a positive note, the room rate (for the mixed 6-person dorm) was very good and the downtown location was excellent. On a negative note, there is no elevator so be prepared to carry your suitcase up multiple flights of stairs. Storage lockers in the room were too small to fit my medium-size suitcase and the bunkbed wasn’t high enough off the floor to fit my suitcase under it. The bathroom needs to be divided into separate spaces for toilet/sink and shower so guests could have better access. Wait times for access were lengthy and limited. The comforters are not washed on a regular basis so they were filthy. The room was very cold and I had to ask for the heat to be turned up. By the time I checked out, my bunkmates and I were feeling sick and coughing. I attribute this to the cold room and filthy comforters. Despite this, I would stay again if I could get a private room.
