The key point of this property is what it is named for... the Welland Canal Lock 7. From your patio or balcony you get to watch 300+ meter ships making their way from Lake Ontario to Lake Eire (or the reverse). It's a spectacle. The property is a pleasant spot run by a really nice family.

This Inn is adorable and we had a great stay. Super friendly staff, the awe of watching the ships go thru, and the safe & quaint atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice quiet spot in a residential neighborhood, surrounded by older homes. Very peaceful.
The locks were definitely a fascinating point of interest, ships going through. Sit on the balcony and enjoy the view.
Inn itself not fancy but clean and comfortable.

Place served its purpose for a 1 night stay. Enjoyed the private balcony which overlooked the canal. Was very neat to see the ships come in.
Room was clean but very dated. Fine by me but would have liked to use the tub for a bath, which I didn’t end up doing due to the condition of the tub.
Ac worked very well in the heatwave and room was very quiet.
Would go back again if in the area.

Loved the view, the air conditioning was not great and was guven a lame resson for it not being cool in room. Sweated all night almost left in the night so warm in room

It was very quiet but the Inn is really a Motel. It was clean but very dated. Old furniture, bed was very hard. Exterior doors were old, the deadbolt did not work. Only lock was what is typically used for an interior door with a small chain lock. Staircase to enter motel had a lock but again did not feel very secure. Nice view of the canal.
