Good location and the middle of downtown Montreal however, the building smelled like cigarettes, squeaky noises coming from the windows, and wifi was incredibly slow. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and had back pains every morning. I don’t know if I would stay at this place again. If you want a convenient location and don’t care much about comfort, this is recommended for you.

Den värsta boende jag har varit med om. Smutsiga lakan, toalett, spis, mattan, badkaret, hela rummet var jätte smuts och i fruktansvärd dåligt skick. Fick tillbaka 30%, fast jag bodde där två dagar av en vecka. Undvik till varje pris!

Very outdated uncomfortable space. We left a day early due to the discomfort of the stay. Would not recommend. They also have installed a meter where the owner gets notified when you play your music to loud or the tv. Not worth the outrageous price we paid.

Small studio in an old multistorey building not well maintenanced ,most of others apartments are local families living here permanently.Studio was refurbished just the basic,the bathroom is still old style ( built on a weird podium ) with out dated fixture.Fridge is unstable, so we have to shim its base for temporary stability.On the bed are 2 bath towels and there are no cleaning service, in brief, less than minimum were supplied. The bed is small and not very comfortable, just ok for sleeping.No parking available except public street parking of the City of Montreal you have to pay by hour ( expensive and if available ) , from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am overnight is free,though. For the price the owner charge ($135.00 CAD / night ) plus cleaning and other fees amounting $550.00 for 3 nights, we consider it’s better to rent conventional hotel room
