Enjoyed my stay

Stay was perfect. Just a 1 min walk from our event.

I recently stayed two nights at the Hyatt. The location was great, and the receptionists were nice. I also appreciated the excellent shower. However, there were a few issues. The towels were changed selectively, and the TV in my room was blinking severely and wasn't fixed by checkout, despite me reporting it. The room was a bit dark, and the bed lamps were positioned awkwardly, making it difficult to read in bed. While I enjoyed some aspects of my stay, I feel Hyatt could improve on these details.

Stay was good the processing time for the incidental fee is annoying though

Great vibe and lobby. Bar on second floor very good. Staff good. Phone didn’t work. Carpets and washroom floors weren’t exactly clean and streets were noisy with street racing. Downtown now has panhandlers and people struggling in many ways in foyers and such which reflect changes to the community and it the facility.

This hotel was bc absolutely stunning! It was super comfortable, quiet, and clean! I would definitely stay there again.

The property is good, old fashioned spacious, big room with good facilities

The front desk staff were great — friendly, welcoming, and helpful. No complaints there. However, I booked a City View room specifically for the view, which was a big part of why I chose this hotel. The room I got (Room 306) had no city view at all — it faced the other side of the building with a wall right outside the window. It felt misleading and disappointing. On top of that, the shower design in the washroom wasn’t practical. The door didn’t block water properly at the bottom, so water leaked out and soaked the floor towel and my slippers that I’d left just outside the shower. Overall, it didn’t match what was advertised, and I left feeling like I didn’t get what I paid for. I hope the hotel looks into this and makes sure guests actually receive the room type they book.

Great location, nice property

Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms with great temperature control and amenities. Shoutout to the staff for helping me with keeping a bouquet of flowers cool in a fridge they had until I needed them. As well as setting aside a piece of clothing I forgot in the room so I could return and retrieve them.

We chose this hotel for a concert and it turned out the concert was less than 2 blocks away. Everything you need is within 3 blocks. Wonderful area and easy to get there.
