レイトチェックインの連絡を入れておいたのですがきちんと対応していただきました。部屋は清潔に整えられて設備・備品なども良かったです。なんと言っても部屋の真ん前にCNタワーがそびえ立っていて絶好のロケーションでした。ユニオン駅も近く、出かけるのも、買い物するのも、観光するのも便利でした。あと警備の方が常にいらっしゃるのでセキュリティ面でも安心でした。

At first I was a little apprehensive about some things I had seen online about this property. My concerns were unfounded. This place was beautiful.

Great location. Small but well equipped condo.

It was close to all the things we wanted to go to. The checking in part was a little weird ..we had to wait for the guy to show up and the register outside away from the cesk. Overall very nice

Stayed at York Boutique Suites with my family. A bit of an awkward communication/interface to get the key and meet the person who will give it to you. The condo building is new and well kept. Lobby Security on site. We stayed in 3204 a 3 bedroom unit. Good size, clean, beds made, fresh linens & towels. Nice size kitchen equipped with dishes, pots, pans cutlery etc...all good. Comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, tables chairs, pull out futon plus day bed. You could actually sleep 9 in this unit. Nice size balcony with good view of the lake. Relatively quiet and sound proofing is pretty good. Nice city view as well. Ran out of toilet paper the first night of stay so could use some improvement to keep that stocked properly. Washer & Dryer and laundry soap provided. All & all, I would recommend.

great location. very close to downtown Toronto. Very clean and bright apartment.

Fan in bathrooms need cleaning. Nousy unit. Right over next to the expressway otherwise worked for one night. Hard to sleep with teaffic noise constantly...poor quality windows. Will stick with a hotel next time.

Great location. Condo was cleaned with an incredible view of the CN tower!

真的是住宿經驗最差勁的一次，check in是大樓管理員，根本沒專業，態度也不加，我們已入住，因為拿行李不是要check in竟然在零下的情況趕我們出lobby，屋內機器（如洗衣機、微波爐有問題，竟然叫我們自己看機器型號，上google自己找， 因為行李延誤，請lobby代收，也被拒絕，雖然屋內還算可以，感覺像上了賊船任人宰割，有問題有無從解決，簡直爛透到極點，要給分的真的一分都不想給。 設備絕對不是重點，服務才是王道，零服務這是什麼道理呢？

The property was in a great location, the apartment was clean but the check in process was slow and complicated

Belle vue (22e étage ) , très bien situé. Se trouve dans un complexe résidentiel ; un peux compliqué pour la gestion

The cleanliness was top notch and very organized and the view was amazing and security made me feel comfortable

TV doesn’t work. No tissue is in the unit but toilet paper.

Location was perfect. Layout of rooms made things quite spacious. Marks on walls and cheap furniture. Check in was sketchy, random guy doing a deal exchange in the outside lobby. It was not a normal check in process, took photo of passport. Was short and rude during check in.

It is in a great location for downtown. The unit is very minimalist. You have a place to sleep and a bathroom. There is a kitchen of sorts but don't plan on entertaining while occupying the room.

TV never worked. Called a number of times and was promised to have someone come look at it, they never called back and never came. The shower head did not function properly.

We had a beautiful penthouse condo with a to die for view of Toronto lit up at night. It was clean and spacious. However be sure to be precise about when you are checking in. I was under the assumption anytime between 4 and 10pm was ok, I told them I would be there around 5pm. At 5:20 they messaged me asking where I was and to give them an ETA.. I didn't realize someone was at the property waiting for me. Additionally they charged me an additional $20 for damages without contacting me. I contacted them and they explained this was for 2 broken wine glasses. I explained actually no, I brought my own champagne flutes from home (because I was unsure if they would be stocked) and I accidentally broke one of my own. The cleaning person must have seen the glass and assumed it was from the unit. I guess they don't keep an accurate count of what exactly they have in the unit. There was also an already cracked champagne flute in the cabinet which I found cracked and took a picture of in case they tried to charge me for it. And that is exactly what happened. Besides those little details, the condo was beautiful and I would definitely stay again! The 2 bed/ 2 bath condo was so much better to host a couple of friends in versus a hotel room.
