Very comfortable apartment style hotel that felt like a home away from home.

Carole was welcoming and accommodating ensuring we had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. Apartment was clean and homey. Our new go to in Peace River.

Host was the best! Carole was very accommodating of our late arrival and early departure.

This is an absolutely charming and super comfortable property. The place has delightful art nouveau decor but the retro charm is combined with fast wifi, easily accessible plugs and lights everywhere, comfortable beds with a lot of excellent pillows and crisp sheets, great water pressure, and a really well equipped kitchen full of snacks and everything you need to feel right at home. Those leather couches and chairs in the living room are so cushy. Carole is a thoughtful and extremely welcoming host. After a long grueling winter drive, being met with a fire and a humidifier running was absolutely perfect. The list of all the nearby stores and restaurants with their opening hours was a really helpful touch. An early walk along the river the next morning communing with ravens and enjoying the ice lilypads was a lovely mind-clearing start to the day. I would stay here again anytime!

This was such a great stay- really comfortable, well equipped full apartment. Lovely decor and furnishings and lots of character. The property manager is on site and very helpful and responsive. The hotel is overlooking the river with a beautiful view and paved pathway leading from it to the river. Walkable and accessible to downtown.

We were passing through Peace River and so, was just one night. Very clean rooms. All appliances worked. We brought our own dinner and all utensils were there.

Suite was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Such a cozy and comfortable suite. A well-outfitted kitchen made it easy to cook. Particularly enjoyed the heated floors!

Love this property so much. Heritage building, turned hotel, with an amazing view and best access to walking trails and downtown shops and services. Management is so helpful and accommodating.

Carole was such a lovely host. She went above and beyond to ensure our wedding night was comfortable and had snacks ready for us in our room. The building itself is such a gem, very well maintained and clean. Thanks again for such a lovely stay 😊

Amazing hospitality and amenities in our suite. Our host was very friendly and proficient. We were surprised and impressed by how well equipped and maintained our suite was.

Spacious, clean, great bed, pet friendly, kitchenette (withe everything needed), great hostess/manager. I absolutely recommend Third Mission Suites for anyone going to Peace River looking for something more than a room!

A great place to stay right downtown

Sparkling clean, management went above and beyond to ensure the comfort of my family, great amenities, stay was beyond any expectations I had.
