所在地が分かりづらく迷いましたが、親切な受付の方が電話で対応してくださり入口を見つけることが出来ました。お部屋は、こじんまりとしていましたが、とてもキレイでオシャレで満足しています。

It was a great place for a great price. Just felt weird that we had to give a 250$ deposit via interact if the room is already 255$. The window we had was a skylight with no curtain and there was a big crack under the door, we could literally pass our fingers under. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and the place was clean.

This hotel was super convenient, close to everything I needed. It was clean and I slept well there. Also great customer service and honored the price listed for early checkout even though they’d raised them since. All in all, great for what I needed.

The room was very good, except that the shower was leaking water all over the bathroom floor. It took 6 DAYS to receive my security deposit back and when I called or texted the company, I barely got any response or it took an eternity. I had to contact them everyday to finally get the 250$ back.

It was secure. Well appointed. Close to street cars going in all directions. Comfortable bed. It was too small for two people or a large person. No windows. Not as clean as it could be but adequate. Missing outlet covers..new perhaps some items not quite finished

No elevator made it terrible for my daughter and her 2 infants.

We enjoyed our stay. Close to downtown. Excellent communication with fast response times. Very clean.

The room was clean and like in the pictures. However, I must give a 2 star for a single reason : there was a big roof window in our room, just above the bed, with no blinds. So I woke up at 6:30 am because the sun light was in my face. Being able to sleep is the most basic function of a hotel room, and it’s not possible to sleep with a big window without blinds or curtains. That’s too bad because everything else was good

Je n'ai jamais vu un service client aussi médiocre. Faites bien attention, je vous recommande PAS cet hôtel si vous n'êtes pas Canadien. On reçoit un premier message : On doit déposer une caution et envoyer nos cartes d'identités. Le message n'est pas clair du tout sur comment procéder. Je réponds donc immédiatement pour avoir des éclaircissements. Aucune réponse même après plusieurs semaines. Je les ai relancé par le site Hotels, envoyé un email, contacter par SMS et je les ai appelé : pas de réponse. J'ai dû contacté le service client Hotels pour qu'on ait enfin une réponse. Arrivé au Canada, on avait toujours pas d'infos sur le check-in et le code d'accès. On appelle, on sélectionne "urgence" pour enfin avoir quelqu'un au téléphone. Aucune excuse rien. J'ai l'impression que la personne n'était pas au courant qu'on venait. Il demandait si on avait déjà payé la caution, ce qui était le cas, nous redemande des infos etc... La gestion est cata On a quand même réussi à avoir enfin le code d'accès pour rentrer. A notre départ, on a dû les appeler pour qu'ils nous remboursent la caution en nous redemandant plein d'informations. Il n'avait pas fait le remboursement 5 jours après notre départ. Donc en gros si vous appelez pas, vous n'êtes pas remboursé. Ha oui mdr, si vous ne résidez pas au Canada on ne peut pas vous répondre par SMS ! Ils ont pas Whatsapp etc... Donc en gros pas de contact possible :) Je n'ai jamais vu un service comme ça pour un "hôtel".

Had a very comfortable stay. The room appeared clean and well maintained. Everything work. Air conditioning very quiet. Slept very well compact but very nice bathroom. There was occasional noise from other guests coming and going in the hallway, but that’s unavoidable given the limited space available. Overall, a very positive experience. We will likely return and would absolutely recommend it.

The room was clean and quiet. I did not like the idea of having to e-transfer the security deposit prior to being able to access the property. It was a bit of an inconvenience to have to worry about that. I wasn't allowed to access the building until that, with my ID, had been sent. I prefer when all financial transactions are done with a credit card. Sadly, because of this, I won't stay here again.

Simple, cheap and weel set. perfect for a short stay if you plan to move around Toronto during the day and Use the room only for the night

Very clean, modern apartment.

Some rooms have no fire evacuation path.

Poor communication and service. I was told to pay secure deposit, Even though there was no mention of it in the page, when I arrived the location. The place is way smaller than it looks. Expedia management sent me a message that late clock out is 10/hr but the owner property told me it’s 30/hr and tried to rob me. Would never recommend this place or be back Thank youu

Complete disaster. Despite repeated attempts to contact the hotel we were never given the access code to enter. We had to book elsewhere. Never use this hotel. Their license should be revoked.

The room was cold and required a space heater. Soace was clean and had all amenities.

Lovely place close to our conference.
