Did the trick for a reasonable price.

I ended up staying during a funeral. The staff was always very friendly and non judgemental. Breakfast was amazing. I will definitely be staying there again in the future. Much love to everyone who I met and had great conversations with. ❤️

Staff were friendly. Property was clean-ish for such a dated spot. The plumbing in our room was incredibly loud. The toilet would make loud noises on and off all night. The shower was making some strange noises too. They use a key fob system and it didn’t work to open the pool. You have to sign out a paper thin small towel; and then return it to the front desk. Such a strange system and not family friendly. I tried to keep my expectations realistic, but the bathroom noises and the inconveniences with the pool system were just too much to swallow for the 220.00 a night. I can’t say I will return.

The Reno is a great improvement

The staff were excellent. My area was super quiet great for sleeping after a day shift. The property is dated they are slowly fixing it. My room seemed dated until I realized it was just the older carpet. Wonderful upgrades very tech friendly. I had a room with a soaker tub it was better then the hot tub.The property still has cigarette smoke in the walls and hallway where I was. I noticed the staff turned on an air exchanger the next day and it was 100 %better. This is a hotel with a lot of potential budget friendly great breakfast included. I did enjoy my stay.

First crew tonuse the pool in the morning. Doors were locked so we had to get the key from front desk. Went in and there was a turd at the bottom of the pool. Thankfully, kids hadnt jumped in yet. Rooms were mediocre, washrooms were dirty. Not worth price, get an AirBNB instead.

Room was clean, but needed a refresh. Breakfast was cold, although I arrived five minutes after the room opened. There is a Tim's within five minutes walk. There was a sign in the lobby suggesting that coffee from the machine was charged for. After paying $172 for a night, I would have thought they could give you a cup of coffee!

I don’t have pets nor did I see any on site. The room was 9/10 clean, when I removed the sheets and pillowcases off the bed before checking out there was wood chips or something under the cover, but other then that everything was clean and the furniture was updated. Staff was always friendly as well, although the phone in the hotel room did not (forgot to tell staff) as I used my phone. When we arrived in our room I had to call them for the wifi password, previous hotels we visited had a piece of paper with this info on it. There was also no restaurant in the hotel, but they did serve breakfast. Their pancakes were delicious! Pool and hot tub was also lovely and they had 2 life jackets for guests to use which was nice but I did not know this and purchased one for my son.
