The place seemed ok at first but once in the room it was dirty, all furniture looked 2nd, hand and broken. It looked like homeless people were actually living there. Although the staff were friendly the undersood our concerns and gave us a full refund.

I don’t usually complain but there were a few issues. I should have let the hotel know because they are unlikely to actually know other than the TV not being a little less than what I’d expect in this day and age. Here are the issues (I had to leave for surgery so no time to complain at the desk). TV seems to be on an antenna. Not a huge problem, just not what I would expect. No hot water for a shower. I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t know until the next person complains at the desk. Lumpy mattress. Should be changed out. Check-in was quick and easy. Hotel was clean.

For the price point property is in reasonanle shape, staff are more than accomodating.

No Hot Breakfast but still the stay was much comfortable.

Quiet and well managed hotel.

1. Two choices in temperature was Africa and Antarctica 2.. the fridge only worked when the heat was blastingly hot 3. Wifi, when it worked, slower than Dial up 4. TV stayed on for 30 seconds max. Mentioned it but not fixed for successive nights. 5. Asked for extra pillows … might as well have asked for a private jet 6. Screaming children up and down halls .. even heard the ones on upper floor. At 3am. WORST OF ALL…HANDICAPPED PARKING SPOT WAS ICY AND SLIPPERY AND I FELL FLAT ON MY FACE. Hands were shredded.

The Travelodge was good value for the money, but really needs an update. Glad there was a microwave and fridge in the room. The space was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Bathroom is outdated

Parking lot, terrible!!! Not plowed, I got stuck several times trying to get in and trying t park on a spot

It should be renovated.

The first room that I was given had no towels, and one of the lamps in the room was not working. I was switched to another where the lamps only worked for a while. Although the parking lot was somewhat ploughed of snow; it was not salted. There were sheets of ice everywhere - not safe! The main doors are not accessible for persons with disabilities. It would be nice to have button operated doors.

In the middle of winter, I walked into the room they assigned me only to find that the heat was turned off. The floor was extremely cold and the room took a long time to heat up once I turned the heat on. There are other, similarly priced options in the area to choose from … so, I won’t be back.

The room appeared clean, but the bathroom had mold spots on the ceiling, streaks on the bathroom door and what appeared to be a dried booger on the wall by the mirror. The water was nice and hot but the shower head leaked. The exhast fan didnt work very well either. The room was old and the heater was noisy on high. Plus, it had snowed a few days prior and the walkways had not been cleared. Disappointed, will not stay there next time

Good place to stay if the price is right!

Very run down hotel. Needs a reno and major updates. Holes in the drywall in the bathroom were patched but never painted so you can see the drywall patch mud. Overall just very unkept. TV was also unwatchable. No HD, all channels were blurry and the sound was awful. Whole hotel needs a major facelift to get with the times. Old, outdated, and not clean feeling at all. Wouldn't stay here again!
