The staff were all so incredibly polite and helpful. There was a leak in the front lobby ceiling, but it looks like it just happened the same day we checked in. They had workers in looking at it. Our room was so clean and absolutely adorable!! We were on the main floor and had 2 separate rooms with a sitting room in between. It was a close walk to all the heart of Old Quebec City, and we didn’t need to drive at all while we were there. There were many little restaurants surrounding and I honestly wish that I had booked a longer stay!! I would definitely bring your own shampoo if you’re picky because it’s the typical hotel body/hair washing gel. My daughter didn’t mind it, but I’m a bit pickier lol. There is limited parking, but there is a parking lot that is only a 3-5min walk away. It was surprisingly quiet and we had a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend!!

L'emplacement est parfait pour découvrir la belle ville de Québec ! Il y a une multitude de restaurants et de bars, plusieurs terrasses et à 15 min de marche de nombreuses activités: boutiques, parlement, Château Frontenac, Plaines d'Abraham
, musées, rue du trésor etc.

Quelques petites réparations dans la chambre tel que le couvercle de l'air climatisé qui tombait, le siège de toilette qui était brisé et la pombe de revitalisant qui ne fonctionnait pas.

By parking, they mean 4 spots out back that are first come first serve.
We had no hot water and no water pressure for showers. There was a lot of water leaking from the ceilings to the main level/near desk for check in.

When you check in and there are buckets in loby collecting water from leaky roof you would think you seen enough.
But our room was not very clean and basically no amenities.

Clean, friendly,efficient staff, feels like a cozy home, great location close to shops and restos and it’s along the route of the hop on/hop off tour bus. AC was noisy. TV/Cable did not work with message showing something like “poor signal”. I did not bother to call reception since I was out most times.
