First day was letdown due to previous guests must be smoking heavily inside the apartment while it is a non-smoking apartment plus the maid wan’t cleaned properly. I have communicated these to the apartments responsible and she has answered quickly, provided with kind solutions. We have appreciated and have decided to stay and it turned out it was a nice stay. The location of the suites is close to many attractions, restaurants, mall (Eaton center) and also close to U of T and Royal Ontario Museum, Chinatown, City Hall etc. Bus is right at front and tube is just 1-2 min away. We like to walk around and the average 1-2 km distance to many locations is perfect to us. The apartment contain two-bedrooms, and is equipped for cooking. It is kind of nice even we don’t cook. The maid would probably do a bit more work on window cleaning and the suite could give a bit extra info on how to throw trash/recycle would make better. Overall, we did have a nice stay because we do have more privacy as family comparing to stay in hotel and the responsible lady is also a very nice person, and responsive with things related to the renting.

La localisation est parfaite. Les lits très confortable. La piscine est un plus. Le parking est très large.

Good location and communication from check in staff. Apartment looked a bit worn-out but clean and ok for the cost.

Excellent location. Extremely clean and well maintained. the only exception- one of the beds was very soft and could not support two people comfortably Management was very responsive.

Beautiful apartment, perfect for a stay in Toronto. Some pros, but many cons. Pros : - 2 bathrooms in the apartment - one next to each bedroom - Easy to get the key (simple checkin) - Fast answers from the owner - Pool access on the 3rd floor (the room key did not work, but we asked someone in the hallway to open for us) - Nice view from the balcony Cons : - The sheets of one bed were dirty (we replaced them on our arrival using the spares in the closet) - Each bathroom had defective lamps - Everything in the kitchen was in sets of 3 (chairs, glasses, small plates, forks) - not practical for a group of 4... - No cups or regular plates in the kitchen - One room is closed using clear glass door (not very intimate) - Remote for the garage was not working - One of the beds had the support slats fallen to the ground - One of the bathroom's door was very hard to close and made an extreme noise. - Mattresses are very cheap and extremely soft Overall, we had a good time there, but the apartment would really need some improvements, specially for the price.
