Have stayed there many times.

The staff was very nice, and the room was clean.

Not happy about this place at all . I had reservation, which was confirmed I checked in paid with my Visa card. My room was so cold. I couldn’t take my jacket off. I turned on the heat myself I left for half an hour hoping will warmup by the time I get back. It was still cold. I decided to leave. I requested my money back. She said she cannot do it only the manager can deal with this kind of problems so he’s going to call me during the week. This was two weeks ago nobody called. I didn’t get my money back. I had to sleep in a different hotel. This is not how you treat customers.:(

Property was clean, modern and close to Santa’s Village. The staff were friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Kids dont stay free and they are not very nice when talking to customers.

Spacious and clean rooms. Looks like they have recently renovated. Breakfast options are also good.

This was the best motor inn I’ve ever stayed. Spacious and clean, checkin was fast and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had so many varieties of food, fresh cereals, muffins and bananas. Close to Bracebridge town and Muskoka Lake.

Not fancy but clean and well kept. Seemed a bit pricey for a motel. Front desk when we checked in was friendly but didn’t know much about the area.

I reserved this room last minute and was unsure, but I was pleasantly surprised how clean the room was. Like immaculately clean. The continental breakfast was a bit lacking. If I stay here again, I'd just use the kitchen that's available. Overall good stay.

This is a very nice motel. It was clean and comfortable. Would like to see a safety bar near the tub, but that’s just me, I’m getting older.

This is very nice for a motel. Rooms are renovated, with contemporary furniture and bedding, and very modern kitchenettes and all dishes/cookware includes. Like a mini apartment. Great for families and great location. One downside was the lingering smell of smoke in the room. Supposed to be non-smoking, but people suck.
