Staff was polite and friendly. The carpet was dirty, furniture worn out, no duvet cover on the blanket, things broken in the bathroom and the bed was not big enough for two adults.

The property is in jungle and bad very bad to stay

I would not recommend this to anyone. Dirty, unhygienic and uncomfortable bed.

A little different... It's set up more for contractors for extended stays. Check in was unusual, but once that was done we had a quiet stay and went on down the road.

Mattress stained. Strong urine smell in bathroom, couldn't stay as the room was that bad. Had 3 nights booked but could only get one night canceled as it was after 6pm when we checked in so it was too late to get a refund for the second night. Dont believe the pictures. We were offered another room but were told "they are all the same"

This property should not be offered by Expedia! The photos online are not an accurate representation of the property. Upon arrival, we could not believe this was the place we booked but decided to stay the 1 night anyway. Old dirty couches outside at entrance, no reception area, received a call from management before arrival letting us know no one would be there to check us in and the key would be in the room with door open. The room was nothing like we saw online. Small, dirty, knuckle marks on the fridge door, and smell of rot and smoke. Out of desperation we kept our cloths on and tried to sleep, gave up at 4am, got up and continued on our trip. Not only should Expedia refund us, they should take this property off of their portfolio of options for travellers to stay at.

Convenient location, easy check in, polite staff - plus Stained carpet, burnt holes, smoke smell in requested non-smoking room, dirty shower, dead flies on windowsill, missing bulbs in the bathroom, loud air conditioner - minus

Pire que pire !!

Room was dirty when I arrived. Bathroom had not been properly cleaned and shower was filthy so unable to use it. Hair on the bedsheets which seemed to be unchanged since the previous guests. Want a refund, very disappointing.

It's a little out of the way of sudbury but its clean comfortable and has low rates.

The interior was tired, no safety concerns to access, not sure why there are any good reviews my bed was uncomfortable and the room was absolutely freezing till 3 hours in running a wall unit to heat the room. This is not a hotel or air bnb just a poorly run room rental.

Great location and affordable clean comfortable room

Perfect for a one night stop over on the highway allows pets without a fee so that was a big bonus. Rooms were well taken care of and clean, the only remark I have is the heater is extremely loud trying to sleep. Everything else was good.
