注意！　フロントはない。２・３日前に３か所の建物の部屋の場所とドアのコードをメールで知らせてくる。疑問は電話でする。ネットと携帯、英語が必要。建物は古いがリノベーションしてあり大きなリビングに大きなソファー、３ベッド２バス、洗濯機乾燥機洗剤付き。３００ｍくらいに大きな食料品店あり。

we din't find nobody nocode for the keys and in the middle of the night very bad experience

There was nobody there to give you a key. After about an hour calling and leaving messages I had to book another accommodation for that same night. I'm still looking to get a full refund

Incredibly friendly staff and such a beautiful location we didnt want to leave here. This place is your only option when visiting fredricton

It was great to stay in a place like this as we awaited our apartment to be ready.

Largw comfortabke at the right price. The outside was off putting but inside was great

Very comfortable and well equipped. However, the people/person above could be heard tramping around at all times.

Broken air-condition, shabby horrible dirty building , not well maintain property and ignorant property owner and management. We have terrible experience , you want to avoid it at any cost !!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing about this property impressed me. The porch looked like it might come falling down, the whole place smelled of stale smoke and when I turned down the sheet there was a cigarette burn in the sheets. I opened the drawers and there were other sheets bundled in there that were not even folded. I was unsure if the towels were clean because I did not smell detergent on them so we used our own. Fortunately we only spent one night in this accommodation. We woke up pretty early and just moved on.

At the surface looks just Ok but dont look too close. Cleaniness not up to standard. Using dark colors still does not hide it all. AC working great downstairs you can get it down to 16C but still absolutely useless as the bedrooms upstairs temp reached 30C+ . Ended up not even spending the night, booking into a hotel and leaving anyway for emergency reasons but even so I would not have stayed. Tried to reach the owner by tel 2x and text but once checked in good luck. My booking was from 2nd to 7th (I had added to the first booking and paid 2x all the fees although it was added on) left on the same day I checked in without even staying the night. Lost all the $. Regardless I would not recommend to a friend.

Satisfied with our stay. Our unit looked recently refurbished, was clean and in good condition. The suite is actually a part of a house, with a kitchen, living room area, bathroom and bedroom...not fancy, but comfortable. One minus was the entry system that the owner has in place. There are 3 separate entry options, with the initial one being opening a lockbox to access the key. The lockbox was really difficult to open, we needed assistance from the manager, as did our friends who were staying at another WorkPlaySuites location in the same town. Also, option 2, the entry code lock, worked sporadically. We consistently used entry option #3, the key once it was retrieved from the lockbox. These entry issues need to be sorted out by owner/manager. On the Plus side, the manager, Mohammed, responded really quickly to our phone call and was at the location to open the door in under 10 minutes. Otherwise, once we got in, it was a good stay, not fancy, but clean, comfortable and affordable. Overall I would definitely recommend WorkPLaySuites to anyone looking for a relaxed, comfortable stay.

Floors gritty. Never got my access code early enough. Slightly smelly when walked in. Other than that great experience. Great location, good price, lovely furniture, big parking lot. Would recommend. An over night was ideal.

Very poor conditions, the Union St property looks like a fire-trap, in very poor condition. This property is unfairly enhanced on the Expedia website, very fooling. I was sorry that I booked this as accommodation. Will never make that mistake again.

À notre arrivée, incapable d'ouvrir la porte avec le code fourni par le proprétaire. Heureusement que le propiétaire n`était pas très loin pour nous ouvrir. Il ne faut pas être pas trop difficile pour la propreté des stores et d'un peu tout en général. . C'est au niveau du confort des lits qui sont vraiment mous que l'on enlève des points. Pas de savon pour le lave-vaisselle. Le lait et la crème promis n'étaient pas au frigo.Avons du sortir pour en acheter. Les serviettes pour la douche avaient déjà été blanche, maintenant, elles sont grises. Cuisine complète satisfaisante. Aucun linge pour laver la vaisselle si ce n'est qu'une éponge à l'apparence douteuse. Le sofa ne sentait pas vraiment bon et les retouches de peinture faites "à la va vite". Je ne recommande pas vraiment à moins de ne pas être trop difficile.

We arrived at the house before 8 pm. The door was locked. I looked around and found a phone number. I called the number, nobody answered, just let me leave a message and said they would call back asap. I waited, then called again and got the same result. We finally had to leave from there and looked for another hotel for that night.
