Les chambres étaient correctes juste pas d’ascenseur pour monter les valises

Personnel excellent, très avenant, à l’écoute. Toujours une belle attention du personnel de ménage quand nous arrivions dans notre chambre. Concernant les restaurants pas assez de proposition tradionelle,c est dommage. Un séjour inoubliable . Nous reviendrons c est une certitude. Merci nous partons avec pleins de souvenirs..

O quarto apesar de merecer uma nova decoração, estava sempre muito limpo. Os funcionários são todos fantásticos.

Slitet, nergånget, luktade illa på rummen från badrummet. Första var så illa att vi bytte på en gång. Långa avstånd, från vårt rum 1 km till stranden. Poolen låg vi inte ens vid då det var fullkomligt proppat m solstolar o människor. Lyckades en gång boka middag på den finare restaurangen - inte så lätt när även grannhotellet har tillgång t denna = totalt gäster från 1072 rum...Man delar även gym. Det funkade bättre då tämligen liten andel gymmar.

I expected much better from a Riu hotel, reservation-only restaurants where you cannot ask for seconds, The maid forgot to leave the towels in the room, it took them an hour to bring some from the reception. The tablecloths on the tables are not very hygienic; the tables are cleaned but the

Les equipements sont un peu usés et certains seraient a changer- notamment les transats de la piscine. Le personnel est courtois mais peu souriant. La nourriture est bonne et le spa fantastique.

Quick and easy check-in. Very spacious room with a very large bathroom. All staff very friendly, helpful and courteous. Large selection of food in the restaurant. 10 minute walk to the beach. Two minute walk to the local and free waterslide park.

Tutto perfetto,tranne i materassi. Da cambiare. Canali TV italiani sarebbero altrettanto graditi.

The music, lights, dancing, and vibe made it one of the most memorable nights of the holiday. Es hat eine Schildkröten Aufzugsstation, das ist top für Kinder. Der Strand ist grandios, aber etwas weit entfernt. Der Wasserpark mit den Rutschbahnen ist super. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, Zimmer schlecht isoliert, man hört alles.

Crowded and noisy, everywhere. Place is too big, decadent, packed with people. The “all inclusive” regime attracts a crowd who seems to be there just to eat and drink at all occasions

Very nice

Hotel idéal pour un séjour en famille. Très propre, nourriture délicieuse, kids club, animations, personnel souriant et aux petits soins. Plage juste à côté. Pas de transfert mais taxis à disposition (20€ de/pour l'aéroport et 5€ jusqu'à Santa Maria). On reviendra sans hésitation !

El hotel esta pensado para descansar, para que no te muevas del complejo, tienes todo lo que necesites, comida y bebida, piscinas, actividades, entretenimiento y si quieres marcha, discoteca. El personal es increíble, atentos, sonrientes, se preocupan de que estés bien, si necesitas algo sin dudar te lo buscan, una gran experiencia como no podía ser de otra manera al ser un RIU, lo malo, Isla de Sal no tiene mucho para hacer, pero íbamos a descansar, misión cumplida
