清潔感があって非常に良かった

部屋が冷房設定になっており、暖房の洗濯ができなかった。 フロントへ伝えたところすぐに切り替えてくれた。湯沸かし器も無くフロントへ伝えたら用意してくれた。

安価でスイートに宿泊できてよかった。 ただ、スイートであれば、リビングにもテレビを設置しておいてほしい。 バスタブは広く快適。

安全快適な新市街地の経済的なホテル。設備食事等過不足なく十分満足。

チェックインが時間前だったのですが，部屋に入れていただけました．

スタッフも親切で空港までのバスの手配をしてくれました． ただ，部屋のコーヒーの補充がされていない日がありました． セーブティボックスはB5サイズのノートPCを傾けてやっと入るくらいの大きさでした． 周辺地域は安全でした． 部屋はバスタブつきで快適でした． エアコンの操作が分かりにくかったです． NHK Worldも入りました．

Café da manhã bem fraco e as garçonetes são grosseiras e mau humoradas (nota zero). Os recepcionistas são educados mas pouco prestativos. O quarto é meio pequeno e o chuveiro é bem fraco. Banheiro pequeno. O bar do hotel é bom mas nós finas de semana vem público de fora do hotel e acaba sendo bem barulhento. A cama é muito boa, o frigobar é pequeno e não gela. O hotel é bem localizado, mas o valor é alto pelo que oferecem.

Quarto espetacular, espaçoso, bem decorado, excelente banho e cortesias que te fazem sentir especial. Região linda, moderna, com tudo que precisar em volta. Voltaria sempre que possível.

We stayed here 2 times (before and after a side trip to Rapa Nui / Easter Island) and were able to leave excess luggage with the hotel while we were travelling between the 1st and 2nd hotel stays. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet - we booked a Suite - and we ate breakfast outside the hotel. The area around the hotel felt safe and quiet, and the MUT (Mercado Urbana Tobalaba) is walkable and includes a great food court in the basement.

En general, todo estuvo bien durante la estadía y no tuve inconvenientes con el hotel. Sin embargo, me resultó molesta la retención de los 40 dólares como seguro, ya que no estaba claramente informada previamente. Buena ubicación!

Modern boutique hotel in a quiet and convenient location for exploring Santiago. We paid to include breakfast, but we shouldn’t have done so - the buffet was very limited and does not cater to allergens and intolerances. Better to get breakfast across the street at Brekkie, or another cafe. Easy walking to nearby malls and shops, and easy to order an Uber to anywhere further afield. Remember to pre-order your Uber if you have a really early flight from SCL.

Hotel location is great - walkable to MUT or to the Costanera Centre, both of which have good shopping and food. Our Suite was clean and comfortable - we noticed the size of standard rooms as we walked down the corridor and they looked cramped; I’d stay here again BUT wouldn’t book anything less than a Suite (which comes with a small sofa/couch). The room was good apart from the bathroom sink which was tiny with a huge tap, so you could wash your hands but it was hard to clean your teeth without spitting toothpaste all over the tap or countertop. Room included a mini-fridge. Breakfast was a simple buffet with limited selection. In hindsight. I should not have paid extra to include the hotel breakfast, but should have eaten out. There’s a place called “brekkie” almost opposite the hotel, or a great gluten-free place called “VOP” about 6 minutes walk away - both were way better value than the hotel breakfast. DO NOT PAY for your room (when you check in) in CLP cash or on a debit card because they add tax - pay when you book through Hotels.com, or at check-in by USD Cash or Credit Card only (not CLP cash or any Debit Card). Just to repeat, we would stay here again BUT in a Suite, and would not pay the extra for breakfast, but would eat elsewhere.
