かわいいホテルでした．フロントのお姉さんもやさしい．治安のいい地区にあるので夜でも安心です． また，近くにチリ料理の美味しいお店があります．

宿泊後、内容の不明な巨額の請求がクレジットカードにされている事が判明しました。身に覚えのない宿泊料金の数倍もの金額がされています。現在クレジットカード会社が内容を調査中ですので、総合的な評価は一旦３としていますが、調査内容の詳細が判明するまでは保留します。

とてもかわいく、清潔で、駅からも近い為便利でした。 スタッフによってテンションの違いはかなりありましたが、どのスタッフも親切で困ったことなどすぐに対応してくださいました。

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. La chambre n'est Pas très grande mais la literie très bonne. La salle de bain tout à fait correcte. Le personnel est charmant, plein d’attentions et prêt à rendre service. La terrasse devant l'entrée De l’hôtel Est très appréciable.

Chambre très confortable et spacieuse au premier, coté rue, avec une grande salle de bain. Métro à un bloc.

Residential neighborhood with b and b in an old converted house. Rooms ok with modernized baths. Breakfast poor with canned pineapple in a country known for great fruit.Employees very nice but you feel the absence of an owner’s touch.

Gostamos muito do hotel em si, sua localização e do atendimento.Pra tirar nota dez faltou no meu caso um elevador.Mas, não se pode exigir elevador em um sobrado.

Ótimo lugar, funcionários atenciosos. Nos deram café para levar no passeio que saiu antes do horário regular do café. Única melhoria que recomendo é o aquecimento do quarto, que não há. Super recomendo e voltaria.

Excelente localização, funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Ponto de melhoria: muito barulho dos outros quartos, principalmente chuveiro dos outros hóspedes, e do sistema de aquecimento.

Equipe super simpática e atenciosa, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Em dias que nossos passeios saíram antes da hora do café, prontamente a equipe se dispôs a servir sanduíches, sucos e iogurte para levarmos. No dia seguinte serviram o café da manhã mais cedo inclusive.

This was our third and final visit as part of this tour and the staff didn’t fail to meet our expectations. A home away from home. Brilliant!

The Casa de Todos really is a home away from home. We booked a larger room for 3 nights and were given two tooms with 2 bathrooms. Quiet, spacious and spotless. But it is the staff that make te difference. BB and Alfonso at reception go out of their way to help. ERica does the breakfasts, and cleans the rooms. She even does your washing when needed. Great pride is taken in everything despite having limited to no English. We return to this haven for 1 night before flying home and are looking forward to seeing our new friends. Alfonso was especially helpful when we hit a glitch and had our mobiles stolen while using the Metro.

Staff were wonderful and went out of their way to assist us.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und doch zentral gelegen. Besitzer und Angestellte sind sehr hilfreich und nett.

The first impression is the friendly staff. All of the staff were friendly, multilingual, and very helpful. They suggested places to see and helped us with our luggage. The rooms are cozy and we loved that we could open the windows and enjoy the fresh air. There is a nearby metro stop that makes it easy to get around the city. Even though it is near to a main street, it is nestled in a quiet side street. There a numerous restaurants nearby. We were very happy with our stay here.

The staff were excellent to deal with and went above and beyond to assist us with several additional requests. Breakfast was really nice and plentiful and the property was in a great location within easy walking distance to numerous restaurants. Would stay there again if in Santiago !!

We had a great stay at Casadetodos. It was very clean and in a great neighborhood. Very close to the subway and lots of restaurants to walk to.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The property itself is located in a quaint, old neighborhood with many little coffee places, and walking distance of many other establishments. It has a nice B&B atmosphere conducive to getting acquainted with other travelers during breakfast. Nice place.
