Experiência boa. Comunicação com quem alugou ruim. Porém, as funcionárias me atendeu super bem Me recepcionou entregou as chaves Localização ótima. Ao lado de um supermercado Ótimo para nossa família com 5 pessoas foi tranquilo. Ficamos bem confortável Próximo ano com certeza vou me hospedar novamente nele.

I booked from Dec 1 to Dec 11, Two weeks before Dec 1, I sent a message to the property administrator informing her that I will arrive on Dec 2 at 9 AM, this to make sure that the apartment will be ready. When I arrived on Dec 2nd at 9 AM, the apartment was not ready and was told that she could assign me one apt after 3 pm, giving that this is the checking time (When I paid check in from Dec 1 at 3 PM already). I was also told that they did not have any apartment with elevator and that I will get one in a third floor that will be accessible through stairs. That was unnaceptable and ended up paying a hotel for two days while they prepared an apartment accessible with elevator. This was given to me at 3 PM on Sunday Dec 3 (two days in which I was not in the apartment and still were charged to me). The attitude of the girl that gave me the apartment was rude, and did not explain to me things such as use of the kitchen, door locks and internet password. The apartment was noisy at nights due to garbage crews removing garbage bins at 1 am daily in a very noisy way (sounded like loud drums). There were also nearby night clubs that were noisy at night. This is not a place to rest/sleep at night. The bedroom was tiny and really it was not worth what I paid for 10 nights there.

This is not the place I'd recommend for anyone to stay. The lack of communication with the staff was horrible and it made the whole experience worse. There was no one available to let me in the room when I arrived and I was told to return later that day. After I did, I was let in by a cleaning lady. The person who rented me the room was not available. She stopped responding to my messages and stopped communicating in the middle of the night. I was to request a fan, which was not brought to me until the next day even though I was told it would be brought to me that night. (Same with an Iron). I wouldn't stay here again.
