The hotel staff re-arranged transportation to the airport within a few minutes, even in the early morning on Sunday. The booked shuttle bus was not shown up at 7am on Sunday. I need to take a flight at 9:30 to go back Santiago, I asked the hotel staff to contact shuttle bus company as well as to arrange another taxi. In a small town like San Pedro, it seemed to be quite difficult to find a taxi in such a situation, but the hotel staff could find a taxi finally. Maybe other hotels can do it. But at least, this hotel did it well.

夫婦で利用しました。部屋はクローゼットもハンガーなども無く そして人が2人ですれ違うことができないくらい狭く NET環境も不安定。しかもHotels.comで予約した値段と違い 一泊料金がUS$20ほど高かったのが 納得いきませんでした。しかし清掃は 毎日綺麗に行ってくれ タオルなどもきちんと変えてくれていたのは嬉しかったです。立地は街の中心からもとても近いので いつでも買い物やレストランにも行け 便利でした。

アタカマ砂漠の拠点として、宿泊しました。フロントは英語を話せる人もいて、優しく対応してくれました。町の中心までも徒歩圏内で（町自体非常にせまいのです）、レストランやツアー会社も近くにあります。部屋は最小限の設備で、寝るだけと言った感じです。それ程広くありません。週末だったためか、夜はやや騒がしかったです。

土産物店やレストランが並ぶメインストリートや教会、博物館も近く、立地は良かったです。特に夜、街灯や店の明かりが砂漠の中の街並みをほんのりと照らして印象的でした。白雪の山並みも綺麗に見えました。 また、フロントサービスも親切な対応でした。

サンペドロは南米きっての大観光地です。小さな町ですが、このホステルは中心にありどこでも徒歩圏内です。 部屋ではネットはできないが、ロビーでできる。また朝食もかなり充実している。

Great location, fantastic and very picturesque interiors of the hotel itself. The room was extremely tiny - it’s good for just one person and a bag pack, but if you’re a couple with maybe two or more luggage’s, there’s no space and we were hitting into everything. The hotel pays attention to detail and cares - the breakfast was great, and the food always fresh. They also have safe - limited, car parking.

Hotel com localização espetacular. Cama deliciosa, quarto climatizado. Banheiro pequeno mas não atrapalhou em nada… Café da manhã delicioso, ovos de sua preferência feitos na hora, e grande variedade de bebidas, pães, opções quentes e frias. Sem contar no charme que é o pátio do hotel. Atendimento perfeito!

A receptividade, atendimento, estadia e conforto foram o ponto forte na nossa estadia. Desde os quartos às áreas comuns são muito agradáveis. As únicas coisas que observamos é que o hotel não disponibiliza frigobar nos quartos e o chuveiro demora um pouco em conseguir estabilizar a temperatura do banho. Mas nada que comprometa a experiência e bem estar. Adoramos e sentimos que acertamos muito na escolha, muito também pela localização e facilidade de acesso ao local. Ponto positivo também é o café da manhã em horário alternativo para atender aos passeios que fizemos em horários muito cedo.

Excelente. Instalações muito confortáveis, bem limpas, com bom atendimento e muito boa estrutura e localização, vale a pena. Café da manhã muito bom, camas, chuveiro, quarto, piscina, áreas comuns, todas valem o valor cobrado. Só sugeriria uma garrafa com café ou chá a disposição dos hóspedes ao longo do dia para aquecer antes ou após os passeios no frio.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. High quality hotel, although rooms are a little small, but I think this is typical of the town. Some maintenance issues which were quickly fixed. Would highly recommend.

I really wanted to like this hotel, the setting and rooms were lovely, but the service was disappointing. As an international traveler, I rely on wifi, but the room I was assigned had no signal. Reception claimed not all rooms had wifi, suggesting I use the reception area instead. A hostel I had used prior in the same town offered full wifi. After some back and forth, I was given an upgraded room with wifi. However, the air conditioning started leaking water, and reception only fixed it by placing a bin under it, leaving dirty foot prints in the room during the process. Breakfast service was lacking—only the lady at registration spoke to me, there was an omelette station, but serving staff didn't acknowledge me nor anyone, leading me to get up from my table to ask for eggs. When I inquired about a direct airport transfer that morning, the receptionist told me it was too late to book for the same day, requiring 24 hours notice and suggested an expensive taxi or long public bus options. After investigating online, I found same-day bookings were possible and returned to inform her. (I had used a same day transfer from the airport to the town). She reluctantly booked me onto the 1:00 PM departure, after repeating it wasn’t available for a second time. When the transfer arrived there were 2 people, including myself, with 5 free seats. This unhelpful attitude was consistent with the wifi and breakfast service issues.

Achei o hotel com café sem muitas opções, fui a 2 passeios e não tomei café no hotel e no dia que cheguei pedir para eles trocarem para o dia que não tomaríamos café, porém não aceitaram e me fizeram pagar 30 mil pesos. Além do meu checkin que seria para sair ao meio dia e solicitei até as 18 pois meu voo sairá 21 hrs e eles tb me cobraram mais 50 mil pesos por isso.
