There were very nice view of sky and sea. The room was very comfortable. We went to Con Con and Val pariso that is very nice city so we are very satisfied staying in this hotel.

Funcionários atenciosos. Excelente localização, quarto espaçoso, banheiro excelente. Entretanto, Elevadores lentos, o barulho do exaustor do banheiro irritante e ensurdecedor e sem opção de desligá-lo, o banheiro, apesar de muitas lâmpadas, falta iluminação central, móveis velhos. O 1° quarto que nos forneceram o ar cond não funcionava, e foi muito dificil convencer as pessoas para a troca de apartamento, até que reconheceram que de fato o ar condicionado não funcionava. Estranhamente, no quarto havia uma cafeteiteira, mas somente fornecem cápsulas de café (2) para o primeiro dia! Café da manhã, repetitivo e ruim, pouquíssimas opções salgadas e muitas opções doces, sucos integráveis de tão doces, iogurtes muito líquidos, somente sem lactose ou light. Considerando o padrão do hotel, tem muito para melhorar.

We had a lovely room overlooking the sea. We particularly liked the rooftop pool and gym facilities as well as the free underground parking. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful

Cleaning staff was great. Front desk was helpful. Breakfast was good.

Spacious room but very little other than a safe and bathrobes. No tea/coffee making facilities or furniture on the beautiful balcony overlooking the sea.

En general el hotel es muy lindo , sus instalaciones buenas , disfruté mucho la piscina , el cacino y santerra en el desayuno , pero le falta mantención , con éste punto le baja lo de 5 estrellas , el personal muy amable . Tambien fué una desilucion la orden de almuerzo a la habitacion, sopa fría, ensalada césar marchita absolutamente, carne muy cruda a pesar que se pidió cocida. En resumen muy caro para sus servicios que no llegan a 5 estrellas .

Breakfast was just ok. Room was clean. Large and comfortable. Friendly staff. Very convenient location and safe. Beautiful view of the ocean.

No es primera vez que voy a Enjoy Viña del Mar. Las veces que voy es por trabajo y las condiciones me acomodan en su totalidad

Hotel está decadente e sem manutenção. A limpeza das áreas comuns está bem superficial. O café da manhã sem opções e sem variação nenhuma. Muito caro pelo que oferece!!!

Todo muy bien , aunque el hotel en su mobiliario de las habitaciones está con poca mantención , Cama y sábanas muy bien

We loved the large room and the amazing view. It was also walking distance from food and fun and, of course, the beach. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The room smelled like smoke a bit at night, but opening the balcony door helped with that....but some mosquitoes got in that way. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

O hotel está antiquado. O apartamento é grande. O café da manhã é fraco. O cassino é o destaque.

This place IS NOT was it used to be.....Every time I came to Chile I stayed at this place but for my next visit I will be looking for a new one. This hotel now is dirty a bad bad customer service. I am really disappointed. Many bad little things happened during my stay. Even the surrender areas are bad and made feel unsafe. Casino was terrible and almost impossible to get a drink. Overall "Bad Experience"
