It was unclear where to park at first, but after day one I figured out that you can park on the road going to the beach pretty much anywhere. So no worries! Overall service was excellent and staff was very friendly. Room was excellent. Great views from the room of the ocean and the city. Can walk to the beach. The have bicycles, but they're a little beat up.

El hotel es muy bonito y la vista desde el balcon da justo al mar. Personal poco hospitalario. Especialmentr Daniela Hoyos. Muy militar e impositiva. La quiero reportar. No te dejan llevarte ni un banano del desayuno que ya pagaste.

Nice area, quiet and safe.

My girlfriend liked it so much we stayed a second night! It was a great location, I dipped into the ocean for a few minutes. The service from the front desk met our needs & they worked hard to make things right with our benefits from hotels.com. The only problem we had was with the gate to the beach, there were no instructions on how to operate it, so when we closed it behind us, other guests were stuck walking around the property to get back in. Then we saw later from our balcony another guest couldn’t operate it to get out to the beach. Aside from that, the hotel, breakfast buffet, bed, shower, etc was a 10/10!

Primeiramente a atendente não conseguia achar minha reserva e ficamos bastante tempo esperando até que uma outra atendente chegou e confirmou que nossas reservas estavam ok. Além disso na reserva dizia que teria alguns "privilégios gold", como crédito para gastar com alimentação e drink de boas vindas, contudo, lá chegando a atendente não soube me informar destes benefícios. A reserva também citava upgrade de quarto grátis mediante disponibilidade e quando precisei renovar a reserva a atendente disse que eu teria que pagar para ficar no quarto que estava já que minha nova reserva tinha sido feita em quarto inferior. Portanto, tinha quartos disponíveis para upgrade mas eles não ofertaram este benefício. Sendo assim, não contem com os privilégios informados na reserva, se precisarem ficar neste hotel.

Only problem is that there was a little confusion with the 10 USD food & drink credit. When they went to apply it, they changed it to a 10% discount instead. Other than that, the food is good, the breakfast buffet is very substantial, the coffee is convenient & pretty good as well. Lots of little offerings throughout.

I am checking out today and had a great 3 night stay at the hotel. The staff are so lovely from the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping; always with a smile. The wifi worked great, shower good & bed comfortable. Very clean too. Had dinner here & food was good as was my first pisco sour. I stayed here at the beginning of a photography tour & enjoyed photographing the sunset & all the varied birds. Great view from the balcony too. Gracias!

J'ai bien aimé cet hôtel. Confortable, moderne et très propre. L'emplacement un peu excentré permet d'être plutôt au calme surtout qu'il y a beaucoup de travaux en ville à l'époque de notre passage. Les chambres ont toutes la vue mer, enfin océan, et c'est très agréable de regarder le coucher du soleil depuis son balcon, qui à l'air un peu fragile cela dit !! La chambre n'est pas très grande mais le lit est grand et très confortable. Petite salle de bain mais très fonctionnelle. Nous avons mangé au restaurant qui est très correct malgré une attente un peu longue !! Le petit-déjeuner est fantastique avec tout ce que vous pouvez manger à volonté... Un parking derrière l'hôtel est très pratique, ceci dit les chambres ont aussi vue sur le parking... Il y a également une plage en contrebas de l'hôtel mais elle n'est pas terrible.

Instalaciones muy correctas, confortable y limpio. Los platos del restaurante exquisitos. Lamentablemente el. Servicio de camareros no estaba a la altura. Pero todo bueno en general.

El Hotel muy cómodo , si bien está alejado del Centro es muy fácil llegar

I am so glad we stayed here, I wish we'd had another night. The staff were lovely. Very secure parking. Our balcony overlooked the beech. The food was wonderful and the barman made the best Negroni cocktails and Gin and Tonic!

Very nice facility with a great price. The breakfast is very good, Some staff like Michelle were super helpful and pleasant. Great view of the ocean.

Nice quiet safe place. Great view of the ocean, Desk staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant just okay but expensive for what you receive. Rooms are styarting to get outdated but clean. I would stay there again.

It was a very comfortable stay. The people attending at the front desk, the restaurant, the bar, etc. Were very friendly and servicial.

Bonito hotel, pero con mucho por mejorar empezando por mejorar la cocina ....demasiada lentitud para la entrega de la comida,segundo la limpieza de la habitacion deja mucho que desear...tercero la habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado y en verano es necesario . Lo demas bastante bien como la atencion del personal de recepcion muy bien por ese lado.

El agua en la ducha mala presión, o salía hirviendo o muy fría... El desayuno no es tan variado, falta considerar leches sin lactosa, o descremadas para quienes no podemos consumir leche entera
