Très bien situé, appart hôtel standard. Bonne chambre, bon petit déjeuner. Bar très simpa sur la terrace. Pas d’avis sur le restau où nous n’avons pas mangé.

Great hotel, rooms, location and service. This was my second stay in a month

Pésima experiencia con la atención al cliente. La recepcionista me acusó de no pagar un consumo de restaurante y no me dejó hacer check out por más de 15 minutos hasta que tuve que pagar nuevamente. También me trató de xenofobico por decirle que su procedimiento no era el adecuado.

The internet didn't work for the entirety of the stay, which was a problem given I was there for work. It struggled with even a Google search. Apparently it's a common problem there.

Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel, avec une vue sur mer (je conseille de payer ce supplément) en étage haut. Le service est impeccable, la piscine a l'étage agréable. L'hôtel est bien situé, le service aux petits oignons. Prévoir éponge et liquide vaisselle car ce n'est pas inclus malgré que ce soit des chambres avec cuisine équipée.

I booked at this location because it had apartment style units that fit my needs for this meet up with Chilean friends. But I was floored by the amazing views from the unit. Nearly the entire wall was glass, and my bedroom was a corner with stunning views from the ocean to the city. The one downside was I could get a sunburn during my afternoon siesta, but thankfully they also had an air conditioner in the unit to make up for the heat up that occurred when the sun came in. The one part that freaked me out was the shower. The floor was a bit squishy which made it feel unstable to me, something that was top of mind knowing I was on the very edge of the building on the 16th floor. I kept thinking I was going to fall out to the street below. But I overcame my fears and was safe in the end, despite one minor earthquake while I was there. The rooftop pool is a great concept and I enjoyed that. The location was just two blocks from the beach. Very convenient. Overall I was very happy with my stay here and I'd love to come back again.

The location and property itself was AMAZING! the view of the beach is unparalleled - really made our stay fantastic. the restaurant on the roof is pretty decent - i was traveling with a kid and so having that restaurant there made everything a bit more convenient. The front desk staff gave poor restaurant recommendations though and so that turned a couple of evenings into a less that fab experience. overall a GREAT place to stay- just do your own homework when it comes to restaurants and you'll be good!

Excellent property just a hop skip and a jump away from the beach and very well located close to everything you might need. Very happy with our stay

O apartamento e bonito e limpo. Porem nos cobraram taxas absurdas que estavam escondidas no momento da reserva. Ou pagava ou perdia o valor das diarias. O quarto é muito quente . Nao tem ar condicionado ou ventilador. Tem uma festa ao lado que funciona diariamente ate as 2 horas da manha. Muito barulho para deixar as janelas abertas . Toda noite , dormir ate as 2 am era impossivel. O apto nao e equipado, falta muita coisa. As toalhas sao trocadas a cada 3 dias e não sao fornecidas tolhas de piscina. A limpeza diaria deveria acontecer ate as 15 horas . Mas varios dias voltamos da praia depois das 18 horas e o apto estava sujo (tinhamos que sair novamente para fazerem a limpeza) . No mais o apto e bem localizado . Os funcionarios sao cordiais. A vista do restaurante é uma da mais bonitas que ja vi. Ver o por do sol no terraço e uma experiência incrivel.

A perfect location, close to the ocean. The facility was in perfect condition. Everybody was kind and helpful.

Personal del hotel siempre muy atentos y amables,el servicion desayuno al dormitorio muy bueno y rapido,frente al hotel hay una gelateria de primer nivel y solamente algo incomodo fue el estacionamiento ya que el -1 es muy chico hay que tener expertis para estacionar lo demas muy bien.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views over the city and the sea. Would stay again.

Great staff with friendly and helpful personalities. The best views of the beach from the roof top bar as well. We very much enjoyed staying even if it was for only one night.

Lugar central y con hermosa vista, el único detalle fueron las toallas, no se cambiaron durante toda la estadía de 4 días.

The hotel has rooms with a Seaview that is outstanding. The staff was friendly, most were willing to help. The maintenance staff and the cleaning ladies we are very professional and seem like they really wanted to help you. I was a little disappointed that I got to the hotel and hour early and they didn’t let me check in. I have driven 10 hours to get there and then had to wait. Marvis and Gabriela did offer their parking at no extra cost because I am a repeat customer. Overall it’s a nice hotel to stay with your family they have two bedrooms they give you privacy with your wife. They need to upgrade their amenities especially in the kitchen

Beautiful location with a amazing view to the sea 🌊. Also love the bar restaurant on the hotel rooftop.

Location was great. Close to restaurants etc. The view from our terrace was great too. And good breakfasts.
