暖かいおもてなし、とても好感が持てた。寝心地は良いし、夜、朝、安心して散歩が出来る。最高でした。

伝統のある建物を活かし、落ち着いた内装できれいに整えられていて、くつろぐことができました。空港バス乗り場や地下鉄の駅から近く、便利です。夜遅くに到着しましたが、スタッフはとても親切で、温かいウェルカムドリンクを用意してくださいました。朝食は1組ずつに提供され、ゆっくりと食事することができました。出発までに少し時間があったのでロビーで待たせてもらいましたが、その時にも飲み物をご用意いただき、丁寧な対応でした。

A wonderful stay at this lovely boutique hotel in a very quiet street. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Very comfortable.

Die Casa Conde ist ein historisches, sehr schönes Haus. Wer es allerdings im Winter aufsucht, sollte sich warm anziehen. Es ist wirklich sehr kalt. Das Bad ist praktisch ungeheizt gewesen und im Frühstücksraum muss man sich zwei Jacken und dicke Hosen überwerfen. Wir wurden aufgefordert, nur eine der beiden elektrischen Zimmerheizungen einzuschalten. So was geht einfach nicht!! Schade, denn die Bediensteten sind alle wirklich sehr nett und die Betten sind auch exzellent! Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, nahe bei der Metro- Station Republica. Wir haben uns allerdings viel und gerne im nahe gelegenen Chinesenladen aufgehalten und mit warmer Kleidung eingedeckt. So was ist wirklich zu schade für ein sonst eigentlich sehr stimmungsvolles Haus!!

As recepcionistas são acolhedoras e o café da manhã saboroso. O quarto é confortável e o grande destaque fica para a qualidade da cama e dos travesseiros. O banheiro é bem pequeno, mas atende as necessidades. De fato, o único inconveniente é o ruído do piso, que revela o desgaste do tempo.

Struttura ben tenuta, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro (2 fermate della metro e ci si trova a Plaza De Armas, centro di Santiago), camere spaziose e pulite. Letto comodo. Personale ultra gentile, che mi ha dato informazioni preziose sulla città oltre a consigli molto utili sui ristoranti nei dintorni. Unica pecca, si fa per dire. Bagno molto pulito ed elegante ma lo scarico del water (problema di altri hotel) non scarica in maniera adeguata; il rischio di otturare il w.c. è alto, visto che l'acqua non è un vero sciacquone a causa della pressione bassa. In realtà, molti hotel invitano i clienti a non gettare la carta nel water. Un controsenso tutto sudamericano. Per il resto tutto ok. Santiago è una città pericolosa e questa struttura, pur essendo a due fermate della metro dalla piazza principale, non risente affatto del rischio borseggi o rapine a danno dei turisti. Struttura che è posizionata in un'oasi felice, in una parte appartata e sicura.

Property was really good and hosts were really helpful and friendly. Different from your classic hotels, it is a charming old building but very well maintained. Room was bigger than normal and bathrooms had all the amenities. They prepared pretty good breakfast for us every day as well. Very close to the main street and metro station. If I am not wrong there are some nightclubs nearby as well. However this section of main street and even alleys were very deserted during most of our stay which was on a weekend. But 15-20 minutes walk towards east and you get to more lively area.

Te brindan una tarjeta para transporte público, equipo muy amable y cercano, botella de agua en la habitación asi como amenidades. Piso de madera da ambiente rústico pero por las noches algo ruidoso al caminar o hacer algo de ejercicio en la habitacion

The hotel has friendly and attentive staff, and the location is clean, safe, and accessible for a very reasonable price; I would come back and recommend it to friends and family.

Safe for female solo travelers

Extremely friendly staff & the property was very pretty. Had great insulation, in proximity to Santiago metro & major restaurants. In room you can find towels, cloth house slippers, wine bottle and a complimentary 1.5 liter water bottle.

Staff service and room were both amazing!

Staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was also excellent.It was described as Continental, but was way more than that including made to order eggs. Hotel is close to Metro and supermarket. Lasting impression will be the staff, just the nicest people.

This place is gold! From the early check-in to the check-out, everything was perfect ! The 4 employees we met were so nice and helpfull ! We had everything we needed in our clean and cosy room. The location is perfect too! There is good restaurants around and the metro is at 3 minutes walk. We will be back there when we visit the southern part of Chile for sure! Muchas Gracias !

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and so are the staff! A must stay here!
