とても親切なスタッフとオーナーで、楽しく快適に過ごすことができました。 彼らに出会えてうれしいです。 部屋もとてもキレイです。

親切なスタッフ、広い部屋で快適に過ごせました。シャワーは温度、水圧共に安定。また、シャワーヘッドが固定式とホース式の切り替えができ快適でした。唯一気になったのは、湯沸かしポットが少し汚れていたことです。

The air conditioning not working, we needed to open the window and it was very noisy. The night staff extremely violent and rude (Venezuelan). They include parking but fail to mention that you will need to pay for it.

Everything was a great experience also had a late flight that day and they were able to accommodate me and extend my stay until I was able to leave for my flight

The location is great for exploring the historical sites in the City. Staff was incredibly helpful and easy storage of our luggage during the day of our evening flight home.

La conexión a internet es mala, muy mala, no pude hacer una videoconferencia. El desayuno es todo de cajas, solo los huevos revueltos parecen hechos ahí, el resto todo producto tipo congelado. El personal que atiende en el desayuno malísimo, a las 10 en punto te sacan, básicamente no podes estar terminando el desayuno, y no es porque vayan a cerrar, no no, te dicen que tenes que ir aunque estés terminando de comer, te comienzan a barrer al lado y te miran con mala cara, se lo hicieron a otros también. Habitación limpia, tiene aire acondicionado, una mini cocina con lavadero, micro, heladera, baño con buena presión de agua, excelente grifería; colchón blando pero cómodo,el personal de limpieza es excelente, quienes atienden en recepción son atentos, no todos, pero en general bien. Buen servicio de TV cable. Hay 2 cápsulas de café en la habitación, si requieres más tiene costo. La zona no está mal, o sea es centro, pero tienes un strip club bajo el hotel, el cual viernes y sábado genera cierto ruido en las habitaciones. Este strip club no es agresivo visualmente como para pensar en que tengas que evitar el hotel para ir con tu familia, pero es importante que se sepa. En general, para una estadía corta, que no requieras de buena conexión a internet, que necesites estar en el centro de la ciudad, que no aspires a buena calidad en el desayuno pero si algo básico para comenzar el día que se repite todos los días, no es un mal hotel, tampoco excelente, es un hotel que está normal.

Habitacion preciosa, amplia tipo departamento con muchos extras en el baño, volvería.

The hotel is located among strip clubes and sex shops. Room is outdated; towels were old and stained. Staff was helpful in scheduling transportation to airport

Storby hotell uten sjarmerende trekk overhodet. Hverken ang personale, bygningen, rommene. Ufattelig følelse av likegyldighet. Frokosten er noe av det mest usunne jeg har vært borti på de siste mange år. Ordet ultraprosessert mat får her en opphøyet mening. Pluss for eple og havregryn..

No pude dormir ni una de las noches que estuve hospedada, ya que el hotel está rodeado de cabarets donde la música dura hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Adicionalmente a las 5.30 am comenzaban ruidos del hotel. Pedí cambio de habitación múltiples veces y siempre se me negó.

We got into Santiago hours before we could check in but the hotel was nice enough to secure our luggage for us while we did some sight-seeing. The area is typical for a downtown area in a large city. The room was small but clean. The bathroom had a window weirdly place in the shower but opening afterwards did keep the room from becoming musty-smelling. I probably wouldn't stay here again but that's because Santiago didn't really capture my heart the way other cities in Chile did. The staff was very nice though.

el hotel está en una buenza zona. La terraza donde se sirve el desayuno esta genial. pero la mampara de la ducha no sellaba correctamente y el suelo del bano parecía una piscina. Además, al hacer el check out me cobraron por las dos capsulas de café (jamás me cobraron por eso antes...) Ni siquiera lo especificaron al hacer la entrada.

The hotel room with its convenient bar fridge and microwave and kitchen, the decor of the room and the hotel in general, the hotel’s location, the service, and the amazing buffet on a rooftop terrace were excellent for the price. We were very pleasantly surprised! We were within a few block walk of the Plaza des Armas and the park at Cerrado Santa Lucia. I also want to give a shout-out to Miguel at the front desk who was very helpful and booked us a taxi to the airport.

Ao entrar no quarto a cama era matrimonial ( pequena ) e a reserva foi contratado uma cama KING SIZE, voltei na recepção e mostrei a reserva feita com as informações. O hotel disse que não foi informado e que nao tinha nenhuma responsabilidade o problema era meu com o Hotel.com. Quanto o local do cafe da manhã e extremamente pequeno que obrigado estipular o horário para tomar cafe e o que e oferecido e muito fraco
