The hotel room with its convenient bar fridge and microwave and kitchen, the decor of the room and the hotel in general, the hotel’s location, the service, and the amazing buffet on a rooftop terrace were excellent for the price. We were very pleasantly surprised! We were within a few block walk of the Plaza des Armas and the park at Cerrado Santa Lucia. I also want to give a shout-out to Miguel at the front desk who was very helpful and booked us a taxi to the airport.

親切なスタッフ、広い部屋で快適に過ごせました。シャワーは温度、水圧共に安定。また、シャワーヘッドが固定式とホース式の切り替えができ快適でした。唯一気になったのは、湯沸かしポットが少し汚れていたことです。

Storby hotell uten sjarmerende trekk overhodet. Hverken ang personale, bygningen, rommene. Ufattelig følelse av likegyldighet. Frokosten er noe av det mest usunne jeg har vært borti på de siste mange år. Ordet ultraprosessert mat får her en opphøyet mening. Pluss for eple og havregryn..

No pude dormir ni una de las noches que estuve hospedada, ya que el hotel está rodeado de cabarets donde la música dura hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Adicionalmente a las 5.30 am comenzaban ruidos del hotel. Pedí cambio de habitación múltiples veces y siempre se me negó.

We got into Santiago hours before we could check in but the hotel was nice enough to secure our luggage for us while we did some sight-seeing. The area is typical for a downtown area in a large city. The room was small but clean. The bathroom had a window weirdly place in the shower but opening afterwards did keep the room from becoming musty-smelling. I probably wouldn't stay here again but that's because Santiago didn't really capture my heart the way other cities in Chile did. The staff was very nice though.

el hotel está en una buenza zona. La terraza donde se sirve el desayuno esta genial. pero la mampara de la ducha no sellaba correctamente y el suelo del bano parecía una piscina. Además, al hacer el check out me cobraron por las dos capsulas de café (jamás me cobraron por eso antes...) Ni siquiera lo especificaron al hacer la entrada.

Ao entrar no quarto a cama era matrimonial ( pequena ) e a reserva foi contratado uma cama KING SIZE, voltei na recepção e mostrei a reserva feita com as informações. O hotel disse que não foi informado e que nao tinha nenhuma responsabilidade o problema era meu com o Hotel.com. Quanto o local do cafe da manhã e extremamente pequeno que obrigado estipular o horário para tomar cafe e o que e oferecido e muito fraco

Large space! Minifridge, microwave, a set of dishes and wine glasses, etc. Everything very clean. Had a toothbrush, shave, and comb kit and modern new shower. The room was so relaxing to come back to after a long day out walking. The rooftop breakfast area also such a relaxed treat and felt good to have a bit of fruit along with the eggs and breads. Such a good value while traveling.

The main reason for booking in this hotel was the offer of a room with twin beds. However, it was really disappointing to arrive in a room where one of the beds was a folding bed. Upon complaining, the reception staff changed us to a room with a single bed and a double bed, which is not yet what they offered in their web site. Apparently, they didn't have any room with twin beds and therefore their offer was misleading.
