ナヤラ ハンガロア

老舗の大手ホテル。いわゆる海外の優雅なリゾートホテルのイメージで行くと少しがっかりな滞在になってしまうかもしれません。もちろんこの島の他の多くのホテルよりかなり良いのは間違いのない事実かとは思います。 （クローゼットの金具が取れていた、トイレのドアの閉まりが甘い、玄関ドアのすぐそばの外に大きな虫の死骸）

他のホテルと比べて、外観から全く違います。別の地域のホテルと比較して、コストパフォーマンスが悪いような書き込みをされている方がいますが、それは違うように思います。この地域でこのサービスなら、当然このような費用になると思います。 一点、不満？を書けば、excurtion programに対する説明が不足していました。有料、無料の区別もわからず。申し込み方法も不明。インターネットで探したツアーに行きましたが、ホテルのサービスと比較したかったです。

6泊しました。村の中心部やタハイ儀式村までも徒歩圏内です。リゾートホテルなので、出歩く必要はありません。室内は清潔感あり、広いです。WIFIは、時間によって繋がったり、切れたりでした。映画館もあるようでしたが、行ってません。レストランは2軒あります。メニューは、そこそこ揃ってます。ワインは、豊富でした。

イースター島の中心街「ハンガロア村」にあるホテルです。街の中心までは海沿いを歩いて20分ほどです。 敷地が広く設備がとても素晴らしいホテルです。部屋はコテージタイプで室内は広々としておりとても快適です。 イースター島屈指のホテルですが、宿泊料金もかなりの高額になります。 空港までは往復とも送迎してくれました。

The resort is in outstanding condition. All of the staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful. The location is great. Pickup and return to the airport are provided. All of the restaurants feature great menus. A very pleasant experience.

Nice rooms, good gym, excellent breakfast and helpful staff. I know we are picky eaters, but we didn’t care for the restaurant evening menu.

Excellent endroit, le personnel est très aimable et très attentif, les chambres sont vraiment grandes, le petit-déjeuner comme le restaurant est de qualité, tout comme le spectacle de danse polynésienne qui a lieu tous les 2 jours. Je recommande également le spa avec mention spéciale à Natalia. Nous avons dû évacuer en urgence un matin à 6h suite à une alerte tsunami, la gestion des clients par l’équipe de l’hôtel a été exemplaire à tous niveaux. Certes c’est cher, mais le lieu est magnifique, et je me souviendrai de la gentillesse du personnel. Hautement recommandé !

The staff is everything. They are the most friendly people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting among the many places we have been. The food quality was surprisingly good.

Personnel très à l’écoute, très bons repas et petit déjeuner. Seul bémol, la propreté des extérieurs ou la terre est laissée pendant plusieurs jours après la pluie et on se salit vraiment les pieds et chaussons si on va à la piscine

Superb hotel and a wonderful location. Great facilities and helpful staff where nothing at all was too much trouble. Wonderful stay.

The place is very up-scale but casual just like the whole island. It would not hurt having it closer to "downtown" as the 15-min walk to another restaurant down a narrow road with no sidewalk gets tiring after a while. The pool is excellent and so is the service.

I adored my stay at Nayara Hangaroa. From the moment I arrived I was warmly welcomed with a wonderful fresh fruit welcome drink, and an introductory session where the hotel took the time to learn about what I wanted to do, suggested some immediate tours I could take, and basically set me up for a wonderful stay and experience. The dining was amazing at all times of the day. All the staff, be it at the bar, restaurant, or general concierge services were outstanding. I was hesitant at first about the prearranged tours, and what the experience would be like, but I was so glad I took advantage of the all-inclusive packaging. I am not normally the type of person that likes to take tours, but I highly recommend this approach because it allows you to relax, to be able to enjoy the island, and really helps ensure you don't miss anything. I took a few tours organized by the hotel during my stay in Rapa Nui, as well as others and I loved the experiences arranged through Nayara Hangaroa most. The tour guide during my stay was Tama, and she was incredible. We had such a warm experience, and the group sizes were really small which provided the same kind of feel as a private tour. I will be returning to Nayara Hangaroa next time I visit and highly recommend the experience, the dining and the rooms. My room was beautiful clean, extremely comfortable, and provided a wonderful night rest. Everything was extraordinary. Thank you to all the wonderful people who took care of me during the stay.

The property is pretty but not as nice as Nayara Arenal. Food and service were excellent.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed anywhere in the world. The location right on the coast and near the town was outstanding. The restaurants were fabulous and the staff was always helpful and friendly. I would love to return to this hotel.

Place is amazing and the staff make it even better. Great service from the moment you get out of airport to the minute they drop you back off. Can’t wait to return
