エクスカーションのガイドやアタカマ自体の魅力は素晴らしいが、 ホテルのフロントスタッフ（特に夜間）の対応が最低で、 非常に不快な経験をした。 実際比較したわけではないが、同地域ではかなり高価格帯であり、 朝食内容、レストランのサービス（遅い）、ホスピタリティ含め コストパフォーマンスもかなり悪いと思う。

We had a very good stay. They are very accommodating and efficient. Location is good, close enough to the main st but far enough from the noises. Only thing is there’s no AC which might be typical for the region. They give you a fan which solves the issue. Overall, it’s very good .

We didn´t have time to try the breakfast; rooms do not have AC but are very confortable and clean. Pool area can be improved.

O quarto não era tão limpo porém a equipe de funcionários eram muito cordiais . O café da manhã era muito ruim , a qualidade de itens básicos como o pão ovos eram muito ruins , frios as vezes crus . O SPA era excelente . Um dos melhores massagens q já fizemos .

Clean, quiet, good food and staff that are friendly and a pleasure to interact with. I loved visiting San Pedro and Noi Casa Atacama was part of the unforgettable experience, hope to visit again someday.

The hotel is a good option in San Pedro de Atacama. It is convenient walking from the main street in the town. The hotel has not parking, so you need to park in front of the hotel or around. The food at the restaurant is just ok. The only inconvenient we had was in the 2nd morning, when we arrived at 07:00 am to the restaurant to take the breakfast. We were informed the night before by the person in charge of reception that the breakfast started at that hour. However, on sunday and holidays the breakfast begin at 07:30 am. That 2nd morning was a Holiday. The person in charge of the restaurant (a man that I do not remember the name), SCOLDED me and my wife for being early on a Holiday, treated us like ignorant that cannot follow instructions. We felt very uncomfortable and we did not allow that man to serve us for the rest of the stay. We know service is not the best in Chile, but scolded people is even worst than a mediocre service.

Nice place to stay in San Pedro de Atacama

Hotel muito bom e confortável. Quarto espaço e com mini refrigerador. Banheiro muito bom. Café da manhã é mediano. Poderia ter mais opções para veganos, inclusive leite vegetal. Poderia sinalizar os pães e bolos que são veganos. Os ovos mexidos ficam mal cozidos. Mas se pedir eles fazem individual bem sequinho. No geral é um excelente hotel.

The facilities of this hotel are broken and dirty: jacuzzi, pool, pool bar and sauna. Thus, the pictures advertised are not current and inaccurate. We have complained about it on arrival day and everyday after, which we have documented in writing and have pictures everyday to substantiate. The hotel manager told us to write her the email once again at the end of our stay. Only to replied that she has not heard any complaints and have offered us alternatives when we were at the hotel. This is 100% untruthful. Not maintaining your hotel is one thing, lying about it afterwards and hiding facts are another. Stay away from such unethical business.

Tivemos uma estadia incrível no Noi. Localização excelente e muito próximo ao centro (com lojas e restaurantes próximos), além de excelente acomodações (ganhamos um upgrade sensacional!) e funcionários extremamente prestativos. Recomendo muito e voltaríamos com certeza!
