Muy buen servicio todo muy limpio

Gostamos muito do conforto dos quartos e da gentileza da equipe. O restaurante também é muito bom, com boa variedade e qualidade dos pratos.

I made a reservation for the biggest room. Mini fridge: empty. I asked for 3 water bottles at 3 AM. I have to go to the front desk to get them twice, one for pick them up and then another one to grab my wallet and for them. I asked them to charge it to my room, the answer was NO. Coach need a new fabric, windows needs to be cleaned also. Very dissapounted.

El hotel moderno, muy comodo, el desayuno genial, la atencion super de parte de todos. Solo las toallas un poco viejas, es un detalle... el AC funciona bien, todo excelente!

Place was great. Great big window with a view of the sea. Fantastic shower. Great location by the beach. Very good complimentary breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Can't recommend this place enough.

Extremely comfortable bed, spacious room and delicious breakfast

Para la categoria del hotel no daban agua en las habitaciones ni tampoco locion para el cuerpo. Desayuno bastante sencillo.

Es un lindo hotel, solo que la recepcion nunca respondió el citofono y por ende se nos paso la hora del desayuno.

This is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at, including our travels in the United States. Everything is very clean and up to date. The aesthetic is also really cool. The breakfast buffet and restaurant area is beautiful and the lobby is spacious and comfortable - perfect for visiting with friends. The restaurant staff are also very polite and attentive. Our room had a sea view and it was amazing! We had a great view of the beach and El Morro with the Christ statue and flag. The room was also gorgeous. It looked just a nice as the pictures, if not better. It was also quite spacious and it and the bathroom were laid out very well. This might be silly, but the different lighting options in the room and bathroom were really nice. The bed was also super comfortable and the room was quiet. I seriously can't say enough good things about this hotel. If we ever find ourselves in Arica again, we will definitely stay here.

Hotel maravilhoso, quarto amplo, restaurante, café da manhã muito farto, ótima estrutura. Só a garagem que poderia ser coberta, mas isso não é um problema.

The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and restaurant food offerings were varied and tasty. Breakfast provided lots of options to guests. Nearby restaurants are excellent. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city Much awareness of surroundings should be exercised by those choosing to walk the distance to the nearby shopping mall or further to the City centre.

Hotel muito confortável, silencioso, estacionamento fechado, mas sem cobertura. Café da manhã muito bom, com bastante variedade. Quarto e banheiro amplo. Restaurante no hotel. De frente para o mar.
