This hotel is amazing. The location is not too far from the city, it's located in a beautiful, scenic mountain area. We had enjoyed the service a lot too. The manager was extremely helpful and paid great attention to all details. Last but not least, the beddings were extremely comfortable too.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Banyan Tree Chongqing Beibei. The space was luxurious, the room was spotless, and the staff was attentive. Upon our arrival, we were assigned a personal butler named Leo, who we could contact at any time during our stay via WeChat. Leo provided exceptional service and addressed all our questions promptly. His attention to detail and genuine care for our comfort significantly enhanced our stay, making us feel like valued guests. My favorite feature of the room was the private hot spring on the balcony. In addition to the room, the Banyan Tree had beautiful grounds, complete with a pleasant walkway alongside a flowing stream. I also recommend visiting the petting zoo at least once if you’re interested in that sort of thing.

I enjoyed the pool and spa. The room was spacious and well maintained. However, the best thing I appreciated is the kindness of the staff. All staff were nice, but Leo Liu helped me amazingly. He asked me if I needed anything and made sure that I was enjoying the facilities and activities. He made my day. Really appreciated it. Because of him, everything at the hotel went smoothly.

Such a terrible hotel for this price. So tired looking and the facilities there are practically zero.. Smoking guests all around and all they could do was provide a fan because we could not open up the balcony because of the heavy smoking from the room beside us.

상당히 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 직원중 클로버는 저를 24시간 세심하게 챙겨주었습니다. 다만 현지물가 대비 5배 비싼 비용은 미리 알고가셔야합니다.

날씨가 습하고 빌라쪽이라서 그런지 이불 배게가 습해서 곰팡이 냄새 났음. 주말에만 조식뷔페 가능, 평일 조식뷔페 불가능. 사람 별로없어서 룸으로 가져다준다함. 서양식 레스토랑 인당300RMB이상 하면 사이드뷔페 이용가능하다 했는데 먹을거 거의 없음. 직원들 서비스는 괜찮았음.

當天入住的酒店有異味,但和前台溝通後馬上換了房間給我們,當晚同等級房間滿房,幫我們升等成別墅套房, 服務速度非常好,

How beautiful Banyan Tree is! It sits on the side of the mountain Jinyun. Our room is very charming and calm with a hot-spring at the balcony! There is a amazing garden on the first floor. 悦榕庄静坐在重庆北培缙云山侧，美丽的环境、舒适的房间。每间房都自带温泉池。底层有个非常漂亮的花园，慢慢欣赏可能得耗两、三小时。我是重庆长大的， 长期定居国外，有机会享受悦榕庄，是我这次回国过年的一大惊喜。准备9月间带朋友再住悦榕庄，顺便将金刀峡逛了。

私密很好，在房间就可以泡温泉。

比开业时环境要好点，只是水景小溪一直是黄色，有时客房服务电话打通竟然没人接听，枕头没有矮枕配备，房间空调温度无法调节

Its a world class resort - Managed by Banyan Tree, a very new hotel. However, during the weekend we arrived the city was having natural gas issues. We were unable to enjoy the public bath areas. The rooms in the main building are still under construction, so you will be woken up by the contractors which starts at 9am. Hopefully they can finish all the construction so there won't be disturbance to the main building. The Villa areas are not completed either, but its further away from the main building, the sound is less disturbing. The staff are all very polite, and well trained. The hotel may need to have more amenities so that in-case the hot spring is not functioning, they can provide other activities for guests. Over all great experience with minor kinks that the polite staff have helped manage. Thank you, and will come again.
