The room is ok, but the bed is not really comfortable. There is no hot water in the bathroom, so very difficult to wash face during 16 degree weather. Location is the best, just a few step to the Bund, 24/7 Familymart and crowded shopping street and Hongyi Plaza.

The room was so spacious. Even we booked without windows but they gave us with big windows. The bathroom has bathtub and shower. They give water bottle and clean up the room every day. Minutes walk to the famous the bund. Staffs in receptionist can speak English really well and so helpful when we asked to book a taxi when we're checked out. The nearest airport is Hongqiao. Little bit far to Pudong. But, we need to walked a little bit far to metro and bus station. Bit far to 711 or Lawson. You can go to East Nanjing Road by walk to.

Spacious super clean comfy nice location tottaly worthy.

Kamar besar dan cukup untuk 3 orang, resepsionis sangat bisa berbahasa Inggris. Hanya saja untuk restaurant pegawainya sangat tidak ramah, karena tidak bisa berbahasa Inggris mereka menolak untuk melayani. Kamar mandi dinding kacanya agak tembus pandang, jadi kalau ke hotel ini bersama teman sepertinya kurang nyaman.

Hotel location is great (near Metro, Shopping areas, and the Bund). The room & beds are clean. The room service guys are nice. Feedback: the hotel is too old and need some renovation/improvement on the building and room’s equipment.

Old hotel, complete amenities, hairdryer, jug, bathrope, safebox. 2 mnts walking to the Bund, 5mnt to East Nanjing Rd. Worth to try

Bed very hard. Difficult to sleep

It was an old hotel and very much look the part. The staff weren't friendly or act like a professional hotelier. There's this one staff who actually effective enough but, again, not friendly.

Good location. Will stay here again.

I have problem during check in as the hotel, need to wait for 1,5 hour before finally solved. In overall good location near The Bund and East Nanjing Metro station, some restaurant near hotel. Room are comfortable and spacious.

Great location for family vacation

The male hotel staff are not friendly and don't speak good English. When you need a taxi, you should look for it yourself or they will give you bad taxi service.
