シタディーン ガオシン 西安 (西安中建馨乐庭高新服务公寓)

朝食はバリエーションがあり美味しく、パンは美味しい物もありますが、乾燥していました。レストランは朝食しかなく、残念でした。室内は清潔ですが、アメニティは質素です。

Lovely stay at Citadines! The apartment was well equipped and even though we were about 20 minutes from the wall, the quality of breakfast and the apartment made up for it many times over :)

This was an excellent hotel to stay in. The staff were friendly and positive. The hotel was well maintained and the cost and quality was much better then the Hampton Inn, by Hilton, in Qingdao China that I recently stayed in.

Appartment and staff were great but I was quite disapointed with Expedia as they mentioned that a pool and sauna would be available and it wasn t the case. It´s something that should be reviewed.

Overall our stay at Citadines in Xian was just okay. The hotel struck me more as a solid 3 star hotel, not really a 4 star. I’ll start with the good things about this hotel and then discuss the bad things. The room was clean upon our arrival and check in was seamless. The front desk staff had us checked in within 5 minutes of our arrival. Housekeeping came everyday around the same time and did an excellent job! The hotel was fairly quiet and there was virtually no road noise. HOWEVER, and it’s a big however - there were many things that made our stay less than great. First and foremost we booked this hotel because it clearly states on their website they have a children’s pool and playground. They do not. We stayed here with our 3 year old son and we wanted somewhere that had amenities for children. My son was very bored during our 4 night stay. There was absolutely nothing for him to do here. I was beyond annoyed when we found out they blatantly used false advertising on their website. Had I know prior to check in there were not amenities for children we would have stayed elsewhere. As I started above the property struck me as more of a 3 star hotel. The room was clean but basic. There was no room service or restaurant on site. The hotels website also claims there are multi lingual staff at the front desk. This was also untrue. I needed to use my translator app with every single front desk employee I spoke to during our stay. None of them spoke a lick of English (which

The address is not accurate at all. The pin on the map is totally wrong. And it’s not exactly on 200 TuanJie south road, it’s at Dexing Lane. Quite far from Wild Goose Pagoda

시안 매인 스트릿 종루 고루 대안탑 이쪽은 아니고 주거지역 3호선 부근 장바베이루(张八北路）얀핑먼(延平们）지역에 위치해 있는데요 어차피 지하철 타고다녀서 괜찮았어요. 중심지는 주말에 차가 너무 많아서 막히더라구요. 오부제 시행중인데 주말엔 다 끌고 나와서 ㅎ. 여기 정확한 주소가 투안지에난루 량바이하오 (团结南路200号)입니다. 구글지도나 다른맵에 구주소(이사전) 주소 나오니 참고하세요. 참고로 호텔에 한국어 가능 직원분이 계세요 그리고 시설은 정말 깨끗했습니다. 인덕션이랑 냄비 및 조리도구도 다 있어요. 전자렌지도. (물론 사용은 안했지만) 아 그리고 조식 매일 4번 먹었는데 괜찮았어요. 굿굿. 추천합니다.

The room is very clean and comfortable. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is not central but there are many shops and restaurants around. The walk to subway is around 15 mins.

早餐非常不错，房间宽敞舒适，洗衣房自助洗衣方便，服务人员态度亲切。

Check in was easy and seemless. Bed was comfy. Reception coordinated our drivers for our tour really well.
