クリフォード ホテル リゾート センター パンユィ (广州祈福酒店渡假俱乐部)

It was very close to a shopping district with lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and were sorry about the construction noise. I will stay there again

The hotel was great, walkable to a nice shopping area. The breakfast in the restaurant was only so-so. Food looked like it had been sitting a while and they could use some more cold options - like cereal.

It was a nice cosy hotel in a neighborhood. It was close to the bus station which have bus access directly to HK. Food is not a problem since it's close to the Clifford mixed development.

It is extremely noisy because of construction nearby

酒店內部比外面新靚很多, 房間也很舒適, 只是玻璃隔音不夠好. 我住的房間剛好面向地鐵工程,他們日夜趕工, 早上七點至晚上十二點都很嘈,但洒店大堂員工已事先告知, 但還是選擇這房形, 唯有面對嘈音了. 离酒店五分鐘就是祈福繽紛會, 那里很多商店及食店, 去市區的各條巴士線也在那里,非常方便.

We booked a twin beds room AND a double bed room for one night. When we arrived, the staff offered us a twin bed room(no extra bed), I was told by the staff that I need to PAY MORE in order to get what I booked which seems a bit unreasonable. The staff said they can do nothing so we can just get the smallest room which is disappointing and Ifelt like being cheated. The room is clean, bed is not too comfortable at all. The washroom is small but the towel is good. We have tried the dim sum at the Chinese restaurant at the club house which is 2 mins walk away from hotel. The food is quite good. There is also a supermarket, quite a lot of restaurants and a cinema around but other than that there is not much to see. I suggest to stay at somewhere else if u are on holiday.

The hotel is in good shape, but its sound proof is bad. Constructions sites are next to it!! We checked in at 2:30 pm and heard the pounding sound inside our room. Then we went out and returned at 11:00 pm and the sound was still there!!! We called the reception and they said our room is already at the quiet zone. Receptionist said hopefully the construction pounding noise would stop at 1 or 2 am!!! Finally the noise stopped after 1:00 am; but then it started again early in the morning at about 7:30 am!!!!! Not just the construction sound but also sound/honking from the busy traffic outside. What the hell it was!!!!!!!!! It was a torture for us!! After a whole day of work and activities, we couldn't have a quiet place to rest!!!! Clifford Hotel didn't compensate us for anything and kept charging us the same expensive price!!! It's a HUGH LOSS for us and left us a super BAD experience!!

Like : Location - to my work and going around Panyu and Guangzhou area during weekend. Don't like : The breakfast starts at 7:00 am. Suggest to make it earlier at 6:30 am.

酒店內尚算整潔。

Nice staff, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. However the club house is under the renovation so cannot use any facilities there that quite disappointed. Whatever will choose this hotel for staying at next time.
