Centrally located, one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A big shout out for Peter, Elena and Mr Li at the door.

The exceptional views from the room were breathtaking, making my stay truly memorable. The bathroom was spacious and impeccably clean, equipped with all the modern amenities one could need. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy.Additionally, the central location made it easy to explore the surrounding area. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

My stay at Conrad was amazing. I haven’t come back to Shenyang since 2018. This hotel made me feel like home. Wanted to thanks to Hong Ma, she is such a lovely lady, very knowledgeable and helpful. Her smile made my day. I would absolutely stay again!!!

객실은 괜찮았지만 식당 음식이 별로에요 특히 저녁시간 부페 음식은 가격대비 정말 별로에요

It was quite nice. The breakfast was good with rich variety of food. The afternoon tea and happy hour were nice too, and the people there were very friendly. I recommend carrot juice, sweet but tasty. In the room, I like the smart toilet and the heater, the latter most suitable for the cold weather now. The first day they forgot to send the welcome fruit to the room, and made it up by delivering a Christmas gift consisting of a ginger biscuit, a snowman biscuit and a chocolate. Generally speaking, it is a very good hotel and I have enjoyed my stay there. Thank you.

Asst dir FnB Mr Ryan whom coordinated perfectly for our 10th wedding anniversary at Conrad Shenyang THE LINK restaurant. His execution was flawless and most considerate. Special thanks to molly guan who attended to us the whole evening. A very awesome team at the link restaurant.

第一次遇到5星酒店 行李需要自己搬 没有门童 第二天三部客用电梯都坏了 客人需要搭乘员工货梯出入 酒店作为服务业 5星还算是行业高级标准 康莱德这种管理 可能只为了吸引网红团购打打卡吧 不好的体验 不推荐

They take £277/night as a security deposit instead of the advertised 1000chinese yuan which is about 2600yuan. Its actually shocking to pay this amount as a security deposit while the price of a night stay is about £100

The check-in desk is on the 88th floor and the pool is on the 86th floor. Beautiful views! Brand new hotel with smart technology features.
