このホテルは、景観が売りで外がまあない部屋との格差がありすぎです。価格はそれ程変わらないが内側の部屋だと暗いし、カビ臭い部屋もあり、下水の匂いも気になります。 予約は、絶対に景観が良い部屋にしましょう！

Nice stay and river view next to the property. Spacious and clean room. The breakfast was awesome. We also paid extra for the dinner buffet and it was good value for money.

The hotel is alright but located so far from everything.

New hotel. Concierge Service was good. Room had strong sewage smell. Asked to be put air purifier in room which is better. But smell persists after removal of machine. Housekeeping knocked on door after 11pm to retrieve air purifier despite DND is on!

一到步前台有個沒有戴眼鏡的男生服務員態度比較一般有一點沒有禮貌，，入住開五星級酒店很少有這個體驗，除此之外其他感覺非常好，清潔房間的服務員很細心，禮賓部的小姐姐非常友善，如果送外賣的服務可以不用這麼麻煩就更好

各方面均好。美中不足枕頭不太舒服，一個太薄两個太厚

The hotel is very modern and nice. It is the first time I stay in a such good hotel in Chaozhou . I like the interior design and the furniture. The rooms are big, the lobby is very impressive, the location is wonderful !

It’s very modern, and very tall. It’s literally the tallest thing around. Suitable for western travel - went on a business trip. It’s not necessarily walkable to anything useful - Chaoshan train station is a good 40m drive away.

The brand says everything! We were not disappointed. We love the room for its size, on higher floors, the open view of the ancient city, the mattress is firm and very comfortable, the small sofa and office desk area are a plus! Shower is good, water press is good. Very modern design. We also enjoyed the restaurants, we tried everything from breakfast buffet, dinner buffet to the regular dinning, all with great view of the ancient bridge and the night light show was cherry on top!

Overall I like the property very much. I would rate 4 out of 5. But the point loss was - the bathroom floor is sticky and also the toilet smells bad - would be great if it is cleaned properly.
