クラウンプラザ上海夏陽湖 by IHG、IHGホテル

3泊しました。初回、バスシンクにお湯をためようとしたら、前の宿泊者の長い髪の毛が7，8本バスシンク内に落ちていました。第2夜からはバスシンクも清掃しているように思いました。朝食バイキングにも使用されるカジュアルレストランですが、朝食時は料理も豊富で味もまぁまぁなんですが、夜に行くと料理も4，5種類しかなく、アルコール類も前近代的なメニューです。それなのに表示価格はホテル価格です。

Most of hotel staff did not understand English at all. Concierge also did not understand English. A great help was provided from a staff, Lisa who speaks very good Japanese. Greatly appreciated for her help in my delivery parcel to China factory. There are many other Japanese guests at the hotel. She is providing great cpncenience to them, too.

訂套房，打開對方有公園，去走走還不錯

国庆入住人比较多，前台服务还是很耐心的。最后入住的湖景房，很开心。

Overall it is a nice place with convenient access to major transportations. The hotel is quite old in particular with in unit bathroom sink drainage that I need to pull out the knob to let water flow down. This is something needs to be looked into. Breakfast buffet is fine. We stayed for just one night just for next day activity planned in the area and location is good, with free parking included.

Empty in the mini bar. Strange smell on the carpet throughout the hotel. Seems never changed them since my last stay. Offered complimentary drink as per club policy but when I tried to redeem it,the floor one restaurant seemed never prepared for that, (without any ready clean cup) except carbonates cans to offer.the female responsibility at the restaurant entry desk stopped to me really rude when I tried to grab a chair to sit down, they wouldn't even treated a beggar like that.very sad.

Good service and location.

Strategic locations and there is a plaza nearby. Breakfast is good with many selections. Near lake where you can jog in the morning.

This hotel is located at next to beautiful lake, has beutiful garden and good facility. They take care of the hotel facility too.

Clean room and good service.

Functional, clean and quiet business hotel but buffet food is always warm or cold. They just can't get it right. Food selection not always good for Westerners

The restaurant is great，all staffs is friendly.

In all over the hotel, their staff and all around was nice. Just the air conditioning system doesn't control the temperature, so it can happen it gets really cold over night. The gym requires an overhaul as the room is too sall and the equipment too less and old.

When they get a bar it will be better for business travels.

Clean and modern hotel with good restaurants and shopping nearby.

Everything at the hotel was nice. Good food, petting zoo was fun to watch. Water pressure for shower was poor, and valve to go between hand-held and fixed shower did not function.

Good hotel except Club lounge just so so, few people and no service

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and currently scheduled for another stay for 2 weeks. The manager and all staff that I have communicated with were very professional and very friendly. It is quite and relaxing with shopping area close by. I look forward to staying here each time I return to China.

Good hotel. Location is the only disadvantage. Too far from the city and the once popular neighbourhood has fallen out of favour with locals of Qingpu. In China, this means dilapidated buildings and shops.
