洗面所が臭かった。 留園など観光スポットには近いので良いと思う

他の人も書いていますが蘇州 にはGarden Hotelが2つあり、このサイトで予約になるホテルはサイトに記載されている蘇州南園賓館ではなく園外楼飯店です。 私はチャーターした車で友人5名と一緒に蘇州南園賓館にチェックインをしようとしたところ予約がないといわれました。確かに予約確認書に書かれた住所はLiu Yuan Road で南園賓館の住所Daichengqiao Roadではありません。 ホテルの人の話ではこのサイトから申し込んだ人達が住所を確認せず、タクシーに南園賓館の名を告げて来る事が多いのだそうです。 南園賓館に行った後で園外楼飯店に来るとホテルの豪華さの違いにがっかりしますが、宿泊料からするとまあまあいいホテルだと思います。 サイトの管理者の方は至急ホテル名の漢字表記を修正したほうがいいと思います。

ホテル自体には、値段と内容のバランスとしては満足しています。 ホテル自体の問題ではありませんが、Web上で表示されているホテルの場所が実際の場所とかけ離れており、かなり困りました。予約したホテルの中国語表記も間違っていました。残念です。 原因は、英名でGarden Hotelというホテルが2つあるのですが、それぞれ異なる中国語表記を使用していることのようです。（別個のホテルですので当然ですが） 住所で場所を確認されたうえで予約されることをお勧めします。 また、エクスペディアのサービスが改善されることを強く期待します。

Nice older style hotel close to lingering garden and shopping centre.

喜歡園林景觀，交通方便。不喜歡早餐食物，沒有了沒有添加和蛋卷受潮不松脆。大堂電話充電器插頭非常难插。

Right across from the Lingering. gardens- hard area to find supper in. The garden at the hotel was quaint and lovely.

예약 당시 안내된 방은 거실이 있었는데, 배정받은 곳은 거실이 없어 아쉬웠습니다. 예약 당시 무료 조식포함이라고 기재되어 있었습니다. 4인 예약했는데 막상 1일차에는 2인만, 2일차에는 1인만 무료조식이 제공되었습니다. 4인을 예약했는데 조식에 대한명확한 고지없이 예약이 진행된 것이 어이없었습니다. 직원은 친절했으며 방 컨디션은 양호합니다. 큰 정원이 조성되어 있습니다. 방음이 전혀 되지 않습니다.

The hotel was well located with easy access to Lingering Gardens 250m, bank of China 50m and shopping centre Kmall within minutes from the hotel. However, the room wasn’t clean, the wall paper was peeled off, the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. The staff though were nice and friendly, but poor English was the main blocker for them to communicate with guests. The hotel restaurant was one of the highlights of our trip with high quality food, but their customer service could improve. Overall, the photos on the website aren’t a good representative of the room condition and cleanliness.

We had used this hotel before so this was a return visit but that won't happen again. Breakfast was not so good - few western choices although the hotel now seems to cater for western tour groups. At check out we were asked to pay for a glass which they claimed we had broken - a very grubby cracked glass was produced as "evidence". We had not broken a glass but reception persisted - even calling in the maid. It was an unpleasant experience. The hotel is in a hard location to hail a taxi but has no system for calling a taxi for you. This is a problem if you are trying to get to the airport or station.

On a recent trip to visit family in Suzhou suburban, we stayed at Garden hotel for two nights in order to enjoy places of interest in the old city. We like the location and the service quality of the hotel and will definitely go back. The hotel is located at the center of old Suzhou city. Liuyuan garden, the 2nd famous classical garden of Suzhou, is right across the street. The express bus route You1 stopped at Liuyuan garden and took us directly to Zuozhengyuan garden, the most famous classical garden in China. Within walking distance, we visited Shantangjie street, an ancient street that parallels a canal that connects the old city and Huqiu hill. The Shilu street subway is also in 10 min walking distance. The hotel is featured with TV, free high speed wifi, a few small classical gardens among 4 buildings. The free breakfast buffet provides ample orient and western choices. The rooms were clean. The furniture were a bit out of date but served their purpose well. The staffs were friendly and provided courtesies such as taxi call and free same-day luggage storage after we checked out. We checked in before noon and was offered a room for brief rest, and then changed to a smoke-free room an hour later.

Das Hotel ist unweit eines der schönsten Gärten der Stadt. Englisch Kenntnisse an der Rezeption vorhanden, was in China selten ist. Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. Frühstück lecker und große Auswahl. Mit dem Taxi kommt man günstig in die Innenstadt.Das Hotel ist ohne Einschränkungen weiter zu empfehlen.

住的地方距离留园很近，走路过去只需要5分钟。酒店里也有花园和池塘，环境不错

Garden like setting, convinent location.walk to sight seeing, shopping and eat.

The hotel is near the UNESCO cultural heritage Liu Yuan Park. The area is pretty quiet. But, too many smokers destroyed the air in the hotel and its gardens.

地理位置挺好找的，就在留园附近。 前台的小姐姐很温柔，服务很贴心。 酒店很大，有个庭院，很像一个迷你的苏式园林，风格很喜欢。 早餐的种类不少，中式西式都有，口味比较适中。 双床房的床宽1米2，作为一个参考。整体感受下来性价比还是可以的。

地点很方便，1公里左右有地铁，距离留园只有几步路。酒店内部古色古香，还有个苏式园林风格的花园。虽然酒店已经开业几十年，但房间干净整洁。最值得称赞的是早餐，特色的苏式佳肴，值得一试！

坐落在留园西园附近，离石路闹市区不远，旁边有永辉超市、大润发超市。饭店的一楼是得月楼餐馆，早餐就是在此享用。饭店是个庭院式的，有微型的小桥流水，楼层不高，安静舒适，卫生干净，服务到位。有2瓶免费瓶装水，拖鞋牙刷牙膏等，床垫舒服。早餐可口，中西式合璧，有煎蛋煎培根、酸奶、果汁、水果、面包面条等等，很丰富。不错的饭店。
