The check-in process was seamless, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. The room was immaculate, modern, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the panoramic views of the city from my window were breathtaking. The hotel's location in Nanshan is perfect – close to major attractions, transport links, and a variety of dining options. There's only one drawback to this fine hotel: It has an inadequate presence on the Internet and could use more prominent signage on the building where it's located. My cab driver at the airport in Shenzhen took forever to find directions on his phone. The first search engine he tried said there was no such hotel.
