フロント、メガネ背の高くて、細い人の対応は適当過ぎて、とても迷惑でした。

空港から近く、シャトルバスがあるこちらを選びました。夜間を除けば1時間に一本バスがあるのは、中国元を持たないわたしにはとてもありがたかったです。スタッフはフロント、レストラン共に感じが良く、朝ごはんも美味しかったです。 施設はコンパクトですが、お部屋は十分な広さがあり、また綺麗に清掃されていました。 一点だけ重大な難点があります。 禁煙フロア、禁煙ルームなのに、めちゃくちゃタバコくさい……… 禁煙フロアなので前に喫煙ルームとして使っていたわけはないだろうと不思議だったのですが、なんとエレベーターホールで喫煙できるみたいで、吸い殻がありました。 当方喫煙者なので禁煙者より匂いには寛容なほうですが、それでもかなり気になりました。 禁煙者の方の宿泊は避けたほうが良いかもしれません。 ただ、繰り返しますが、それ以外はとってもよいです。 周辺は少ないながらも美味しそうな屋台やレストランもありました。

飛行機の時間が早いとかの場合はとても便利、ホテルから空港まで無料のシャトルバスあり。 料金で考えるととても快適でした。

We did enjoyed ourselves here, while waiting for next flight at midnight from this morning. Room surprised me with stylish. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We slept well for couple of hours. It was a bit of challenge to contact hotel for the shuttle service from airport to hotel but eventually got it sorted, thank you.

Close to airport

The restaurant had great food with comfortable lounging area and very spacious. Staff was exceptional and very accommodating.

The front desk staff was great! Very help and answered all of our questions. Even though the ac wasn’t that cold we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast buffet food was delicious!

Actually it is not in the vincinity of the airport. Quite far.

The hotel room was fairly new, very large, and had a small kitchen, great bathroom and very comfortable bed. However, there was an error between Expedia and the hotel where they thought our party of 5 was due the day before. Just as well we had emails with evidence, and there were rooms available. Also there needs to be more knowledge around where to catch the shuttle bus and times for it. Not everyone has a local phone to call the hotel when you arrive in Guangzhou. A lot of time was wasted on this.
