文昌当地最好的酒店，早餐味道很好，沙滩风景很美，能看到火箭发射塔，房间装修略显陈旧，湿度大，有点霉味

This is an older Hilton. It was clean and our room was nice. We had a good view of the beach. It is close to the beach which we walked to every day. The breakfast buffet was really good. A great assortment of food. We did eat the dinner buffet and it had a good assortment of food. Only surprise was having to pay 2000 RMB (about $307 deposit when we checked in). We were not expecting that. We received it when we checked out. We had already paid for the room through Expedia. We still are not sure why there was a deposit. There was no refrigerator in the room. So why a deposit. Other than that it was a nice getaway for us.

This is a very nice property. The room was very comfortable and had a nice sea view. I think almost all of the rooms have a sea view. The breakfast was good. The location is beautiful, the local beach is ver nice to walk. A perfect choice if you want to disconnect and relax.

Room has stale and mouldy smell and need maintenance

酒店服务很不错，住宿期间生病，酒店经理紧急协调安排车子去卫生院，并熬了白粥送到房间，晚餐也重新熬粥送房间，楼层保洁阿姨也总在关心个人身体状况，并帮忙送了果盘

This was the most amazing hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was Great! And everyone was very helpful. Very quiet and relaxing..Hilton Wenchang has set a standard for all other hotels.. and I’ve been to a lot of cities in the US and overseas.. can’t wait to go back!

The name hilton is a branded name in hotel industry globally. But in hainan china, it is totally out of town area. Great place for beach and sea lovers and those who like quiet place. Not a recommended place for those who love shopping, it is far far area from shopping districts

Nice room with ocean view.

A great stay at a new hotel. All staff were excellent at all times and could not be more helpful. Would book a future stay at this property without any hesitation.

Hotel is a touch isolated but if you get creative you can find bike rentals and great local food close. Would definitely recommend for some rest and relaxation

酒店设备一流，可惜的是刚刚开业不久，各方面都没有达到超5星级水平。
