We were happy to stay here: 1. High speed Wifi 2. The receptions can speak English very well. 3. Nice room. Cleaning service are polite. 4. The less is no heater when cold. But they gave us additional blanket at time. Overall 5 star for this Hotel.

Pengalama saya selama menginap disini sangat menyenangkan, dekat ke stasiun bus, dekat ke metro, sarapan pagi sepuasnya, pelayanannya juga bagus, Recommended lah.

Room is wide and clean. It quiet far from MRT Line1. The majority of travelling will be taken by line 1. You can walk about 10 mins from this hotel.

worth the price, I think it's really cheap with such facility.

All departments of the hotel very good customer care ... But the cleaning department has no responsibility .. Without service mind, so he made a bad reputation for the hotel he should have the same standard of customer service. Like other departments as well, it would be great *the details are as follows 1) 2 pairs of shoes are very wet and dirty in room, not changing to new pieces for customers 2) coffee & tea used to be available to customers every day ... But they don't have for customers always. 3) 2 cloths,dirty but the cleaning department not changing to new pieces for customers sometimes you have to think you are in the cleaning department. But the behavior of your staff .. She has behavior dirty with customer .. Is it right? I think that the cleaning department should train employees to be responsible for more duties. So, service mind should be have in your heart sir. But all the problems ... Have been resolved .. By receiving cooperation from .. Customer service department (check-in check-out counter) of the hotel is complete. Thanks for helping me however I agree that this hotel is very good. I fill really impressed. Because, everyone is friendly and ready to take care, edit of your problems. If there is a chance to travel in shanghai ... I will definitely come back to stay in this hotel. Jauh dari metro. kalau mau naik kereta luar kota dekat.

Kamar cukup besar, bed juga cukup besar. Cukup untuk 2 orang dewasa dan 2 anak. Sarapan cukup lumayan walau tiap hari menu sama, dekat dari Shanggai Railway Station, di sepanjang jalan ke station banyak restoran kecil, snack, supermarket kecil. Worth it. Hanya saja pegawai hotel tidak banyak yang bisa bahasa Inggris.

ห้องพักสะอาด พนักงานเป็นมิตรให้บริการดี ระหว่างเมโทรไปโรงแรมมีร้านอาหารหลายร้าน รถสายสีม่วงหรือสีเหลืองจะเดินไปโรงแรมใกล้กว่าสายสีแดง ห้องน้ำมีช่องกระจกใสอาจไม่ค่อยสะดวกนัก น้ำแรงดีมาก

Hotel tidak terawat dan bau. Kamar mungkin besar tapi keliatan tua dan desain kamar mandi asal-asalan. Handuk kotor dan pembersihan tetap saja masih kotor, AC tidak bekerja baik dingin terlalu. Sarapan lumayan untuk hotel bintang 3. Pelayanan staf baik. Kesini bisa naik MRT dari bandara karena dekat shanghai railway st, dan sekitar stasiun ada beberapa tempat makan dan belanja.

Mudah check in/out, kami tiba masih jam 10 pagi tapi sudah diperbolehkan check-in, mantap, check-out cuma balikin kunci, selesai.

Hotel is good location near metro line and bus station. Staff can talk english and very helpful. Easy to find food around the hotel . nice and clean room. breakfast and coffee is good. good price I recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was good, close to metro although I got lost on my way back to the hotel, need to pay attention on the exit.

Kamar oke dan lingkungan sekitar hotel ramai gampang untuk cari makanan cuma WiFi kurang berfungsi.

Hotel bagus, pelayanan oke. Staf bisa bahasa inggris dan ringan membantu. Ada free coffee di lobby.

Nyaman kamarnya luas, dekat dengan stasiun bus dan subway

Hotelnya sudah agak tua, cuma sarapannya lumayan, sesuai lah dengan harga.

Dekat dengan terminal bus, subway dan mudah mendapatkan makanan disana. kamarnya besar dengan pemandangan kota yang bagus. Next time kalau ke shanghai lagi kami akan menginap di hotel ini kembali.
