Beautiful property. Excellent staff. Even though there was a language barrier all the staff had translator apps so we could easily communicate. We had a beautiful view over the water and the light show was fantastic! Really lovely hotel

We stayed for 3 nights. We loved everything that the hotel provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent services received as a genuine 5 Star Hotel internationally.
Great location, amazing sea view and city skyline from our suite.We very much enjoyed the day and night view during our stay.

My friends and I decided that this was our favorite hotel. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and were given VIP services. The customer service here was top notch! The breakfast buffet had lots of western choices and an omelette bar. I am hoping I have an opportunity to go again.

We stayed here for 2 nights before heading down to Sanya. The reception girl was really nice and upgraded us to the executive suite~~ amazing view and the suite was huuuuuge with even a Sauna room in it. The hotel was kept sparkling clean with modern decor. The room service menu can be a bit expensive but the taste was really good. Highly recommend and would stay again when I visit Haikou in the future.
