湿度のせいかベッドが湿っていた。

駅から歩いて15分ぐらいかかるので荷物が多いと少し大変かもしれません。 フロントの方は英語がわかる人が片方しかいなかったので声をかけても女の人には困られたようでした。 部屋はベッドが広く快適なのですが、窓が全開だったので蚊が沢山いました。 ベープみたいなものを置いてあります。 シャワーを浴びるところは口コミ通りでなかなか水はけが悪かったですが、一応ビーチサンダルのようなものが用意してあります。 小さいゴキブリの子供がたくさん歩いていたのでもう泊まる事は無いかと思いますが、 立地的には非常に良い場所なので気にしない方や季節的に冬だと問題ないかもしれません

値段は安いと思いますが、シャワーを浴びるとトイレ、洗面がびしょぬれに。廊下といい、窓の外の外部といい騒音がかなりある。

私と友人二人5日間の滞在で、お世話になりました。 初めての海外旅行で、日本語しか喋れないない私達に親切に対応して頂きました。 周りには、コンビニや外食屋さんなどもあり とても良かったです。 また泊まりたいです。

Toaletten avvek från annars bra standard på rummet Vi fick en 3 bädds rum då det ej fanns dubbelsäng tillgängligt. Gcentralt belägen,närhet till allt inom 10min gångväg. Prisvärt, receptionen kunde ej engelska men med översättningsappar gick det bra ändå

Toilet was dirty when I went it, miscellaneous water on the bathroom floor and there was a toilet roll with two sheets left on it and they never replaced it so I bought my own.

The toilet doesn’t flush. The shower sprays the toilet and the water fills up the whole bathroom floor. Loud at nigh. Bad area. Place should be demolished

The hotel was clean and all the amenities included were there. The location is very convenient, close to Line 11 Fuxing metro station. It is very noisy outside , but it did not disturbed my sleep. I will stay there again.

KaiXin is located in a what’s called inner-city village. There are more than a hundred restaurants and other shops in the 5-6 streets around the hotel. It’s unbelievably affordable – the cheapest I could find on Expedia in ShenZhen! The famous shopping area for electronics (HuaQiangBei) is within walking distance (<2km). The food stalls – the majority of them are the so-call ChaoShan cuisine – are open from early evening to the small hours in the morning every day. So its location is both a blessing and a curse. If you value its vicinity to the lively food streets, this is the place to be. But if you value a good night’s sleep, forget it! There are at least two restaurants inside the same building, and the building is old and not sound-proof by any modern standard (e.g., you could hear your neighbours peeing at night, the window is big and single-glazed), noise-wise sleeping in the room is not much different from sleeping on the street. And the noise only starts to die down after 4 or 5am. Would I stay with them next time? Yes!
