It was a beautiful hotel and very nice. However, only Chinese can be spoken at the hotel's front desk. It's better to use a translator.

値段相応 期待しすぎなければ、問題と言えるほどの問題はないし、特別すてきな体験ができるわけでもない。 ただ、洗濯済みで清潔ではあるが、シミのついたシーツは使うべきではないと思う。不快。 ひとりでツインルームだったのでもう１つのベッドで寝ればよかったのでいいですが。

広くゆったりとした部屋で静かでゆっくりできる。朝食も種類が多くおいしい。繁華街はひと駅くらいらしいが、ホテルの敷地は広く、周辺にはあまり何もないため静か。価格はこの内容でそれほど高くなくリーズナブルな領域。観光地などにはタクシーが必要なところだが、北京の渋滞はひどく移動は時間を要すので注意必要。

やや古い感じはしたが、この価格なら問題なし。朝食はまあまあで種類が多い。比較的ゆったりとしたホテル作りでコスパはあると思われる。チェックイン・アウト等の混雑がコメントされていたが、チェックアウトは別棟宿泊で、別棟にも朝には担当がおりそこでチェックアウトできて問題なかった。

地下鉄の駅も近くになく、周りにレストランも少ない。 ホテルの設備は古く、フロントスタッフも目を合わせず、順番待ちも管理しておらず、サービスマインドは感じられない。

地下鉄14号線が開通したこともあり、駅からは10分ほど歩くものの、便利な場所にある。部屋は広く、使い勝手もよい。ただ、チエックイン時に行列ができていて、2名が対応、その隣の空いてるカウンターでは、3人のスタッフがお喋りしてるのは、感じが悪かった。

This hotel is wonderful, although our Chinese is no existent we are able to communicate effortlessly. Breakfast is great and would do it again. We plan to stay there every time we visit our kids.

O hotel é bonito, bem decorado, limpo e tem um café da manhã completissimo, pois além da oferta de produtos ocidentais tem também muitas iguarias chinesas saborosas. Nota 10 para o delicioso breakfast.

Very nixe rooms. Early check-in available and very much appreciated. Staff speak very low or no level of english.

The property takes long for services.

The hotel is in a pretty central location, it’s pretty close to Hopson One mall which has plenty of shopping and dining options. The air conditioning units are abysmal and no matter how low you set it, the temperature in my room was averaged between 21°-23° the six nights I spent there even with the AC set at 17°. Staff are kind however they do not speak any English as advertised. It took an unsuccessful phone call, a visit to the front desk, two translation apps and three employees to answer the question ‘What time does the gym open?’. No smoking signs are place throughout the building however it’s so widespread that I could not only smell smoke in but saw several guests smoking and there are ashtrays throughout the corridors of the hotel that are regularly changed out which seemed very contradictory. It’s half-decent for the price but I would not stay again.

I’ll not recommend this hotel to you all. Doesn’t worth it. Facilities are old.

The staff was very polite and seemed to genuinely want to make good impression. The concierge went above and beyond to ensure that we had tickets for rail travel.

매번 출장 시 묶는 호텔입니다. 기본 스탠다드 보다 하나 높은 곳에서 묶었는데 훨씬 좋네요 방도 넓고 쾌적하고~ 비수기여서 그런지 방값도 저렴하고 만족합니다.

매번 출장으로 방문하지만 가성비가 매우 좋아요 주변도 조용하고 시설도 깔끔합니다.

The property had a nice atmosphere & was very clean. The staff were friendly and spoke English. I had no problems here except: the wifi was too slow.

This is a horrible hotel. Mold, dirt, smells so bad. I refrained from using the bathroom because if its smell. Internet connection slow and cuts off every 10 min. Very outdated and very very very old rooms. Smells like an old grandmas house. Do not stay here if you care about your health And if you are with children...mold is alive here.

the wifi was unpredictable, the breakfast buffet was super crowded and the front desk staff not always very helpful. i was not made to feel welcome. only a few staff members speak functional English so be prepared to use google translate to try and be understood. there is next to nothing of interest in walking distance and at rush hour dont expect to wait less than 30 minutes for a taxi or Didi car to show up.
