部屋が清潔で朝食も豊富。ランドリーを頼んだが即日仕上げで非常に早かった。

スタッフのサービスは、フロント、客室係、完璧で最高に良いと思います。お部屋のバスルームには、バスタブがついており、日本人にとって、とても嬉しい設備でした。朝食のビュッフェは、品数が多いし、味もよく、外国人も安心して食べられるお食事でした。ただ残念だったのは、エアコンが壊れていたのか、暖房が入らなかったので、とても寒い思いをしました。エアコンのスイッチを入れて暖房にしても、出てくるのは冷風だけでした。

Great location, just a three minutes walk from the metro station (Line 2), the staff are super friendly, good selection of breakfast and huge room, very clean and attended by housekeeping daily. Great value for money. I definitely recommend it.

Nice clean and spacious room, breakfast was good. The "fitness center" only had a treadmill and a bike. The staff did not speak a single English word.

Room is very clean. Staffs very helpful. Location is the best. Easy to get around.

Aun permiten fumar en algunas habitaciones por lo q huele a tabaco en zonas... la moqueta del pasillo tamb olía mal... de resto estaba muy limpio pero necesita una actualización

Outdatet room, but good service and location. Breakfast was very asian style.

Old fashioned and kind of old. The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes, the bathroom was the worse, the front desk help didn’t speak English and it was hard to communicate. Breakfast not good at all, I would not stay here again, I suggest another location if visiting Chongqing try a different hotel - trust me

距離十八梯，解放碑，洪崖洞，魅星樓景點很近，從地鐵站去酒店也祇需幾分鐘很方便，職員服務態度也很友善，房間冷氣夠冷，熱水又夠熱，下次来重慶也會再次考慮入住

The hotel is very dated, but at the same time it's high level and offers huge rooms with city view.

My family really enjoyed staying at this hotel and this location. We had the family suite and it was very spacious and clean. Location was great. The hotel even had a free washer and dryer for guests to use which was a huge bonus! No issues with checking in and out. Our main issue was that sometimes it smelled smoky and we couldn't escape it. It was like someone was smoking in the next room and in the hallway and the smoke just got sucked into our room. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay here.

The Hotel is aged and may need renovation. But the location is great. Walking distance to most landmarks and many good restaurants around. We enjoyed the stay.

Muy buena ubicación, están realizando obras al exterior de edificio para su remo delación, aunque al interior también requiere, se nota un hotel viejo, pero muy funcional

This is tricky: - The location is excellent, very close to the metro and to so many things within walking distance (shopping, food, sights, etc). - But the hotel is 30 years old and it really does show. They are renovating it, which is a good move, but that made it unbearable for us, with noisy drilling literally right outside our window (we could look the workers in the eye!) and in rooms nearby. Some of our party have medical conditions that were triggered by the noise. - But the hotel staff went out of their way to help us move rooms to one that was further away from the noise, actually upgrading us to a suite in the process. This was after they had already moved us once due to the strong smell of smoke in the room (quite common in China). So... would I stay there next week? Absolutely not. Not while they are in the middle of renovating. Would I stay there once the renovations were complete? Absolutely.

Very good location, 5 minutes from Time Square, 10 min. to Hongyadong, food street one block away! Very acceptable prices, very good breakfast! In march 2025 the hotel was under reconstruction, it's mean big noises during the day, but who stay in the hotelroom at this time? We cheked in late, close to midnight, without any problems.
