Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua City

清潔感が無い。朝食も雑準備少ない、プールは青カビや清掃が出来ていない。サウナはあるが電源を入れてない。客が自分で入れるなど勝手すぎる。サウナの中には従業員の洗濯ものが干してある。サービスの思いが感じられない。サウナは温まる迄時間が必要、客が自分で入れるなど直ぐには使えないなど酷すぎる。子供の遊ぶエリアがあったが清掃した形跡がない。汚い。次に泊まる事は無い。

チェックインも問題無く完了。部屋も広く満足。設備の老朽化(時計、冷蔵庫、シャワー)が見られ、都度修理がされていれば、なお快適。

シャワー室の水切りが悪い。漏れてトイレ場所がびしょ濡れ。

地下鉄の西北角駅からすぐ近くにあること、また、隣がアクアシティーというショッピングセンターになっていて、立地条件がすばらしいところでした。今後、地下鉄が国際空港迄繋がれば、一回の乗り換えで来れます。お値段も朝食込みで7000円だったので、そこそこお手頃な価格でしょう。

The main problem is the address of this property hasn’t been updated on any of the location apps Two years previously, it was a holiday inn And if you type in Holiday Inn today, you will find the hotel If you type in Radison, it will direct you to a housing estate about a mile away. I don’t enjoy Being misdirected, especially when the temperature is 35°C. I finally Found a Marriott hotel and the courteous staff directed me in the right direction. The Radison is immediately next to subway station. When I got to the hotel and explain the situation to the clerk, she actually Found this highly amusing and started laughing. I was forced to reprimand her for her uncivil Behaviour Her supervisor took over and checked Me in efficiently

Everything is good except the WIFI strength is horrible. Even have difficulty obtain the necessary connection to access email. Luckily I am on golfing trip to Tianjin. If you are on business trip and require wifi access to conduct business, then you better think twice to check in to this hotel. I have to consume almost close to US40 of my own data plan to communicate although I am on leisure trip to Tianjin.

酒店靠近地鐵站，打車及坐公車都方便。隔鄰就是兩個大型商場，購物和飲食都非常好。不過，前台的接代需要提升，我等了10分鐘才有一位男生幫我辦理入住手續，另外兩位女生就只是招呼一個多疑問的住客，又另外兩位女生不理會插隊，直接和插隊人士辦理入住手續。

整体不错！住了一晚，唯一只是在浴室的洗手皂没找到，我用了沖涼液洗手，其他都OK！入住时酒店员工热情可嘉，要保持对客人的需求敏感度．位置好方便，地铁近，附近食肆選择多．

근처에 큰 쇼핑몰에 음식점들이 많아 좋았습니다.

Just a quick stay over.

Business trip - Nice room, Nice breakfast but service is so so.

A subway stop right outside the door and a good-sized mall attached. Nice staff. The electricity in our bathroom stopped working and we told the desk clerk on our way out for the day. When we returned that evening, it had been repaired. Be aware that, if you pay Expedia with a U.S. credit card, the hotel will want a sizable cash deposit for incidentals. We were unprepared for this, so we ended up having to hand over all the cash we had with us. Getting the deposit back at the end of the stay was easy, but travelers might want to plan ahead.

Easy check in, room was spacious and large clean bathroom, we were on 7th floor, some street noise (car horn honking at the intersection) particularly in the morning but didn’t affect us, if you are very noise sensitive maybe request a room on the higher floors, there was construction going on across the road as well, Hotel had left a letter about this and ear plugs if the noise was too much but didn’t notice any construction noise at all at any hour of the day.

Checkout very slow

I booked the hotel room for my parents who had a medical examination appointment in a hospital close to Holiday Inn. According to my parents' comments, they are satisfied with the service. The room is clean, the staffs are friendly. Location is of course very good to meet their requirements.

因當天入住時，天氣已炎熱到近30度，但晚上回到飯店卻無法開啟冷氣，雖然反應後送來一台電風扇，但總是感覺在硬體(空調)設備上的這段時間無法制冷感到非常不習慣，建議應該端看每天的天氣狀況，而非抓一個時間區間來控制何時開放冷氣。

酒店在地鐵後面, 外出方便(可惜暫時不能直達天津機場). 酒店房間闊落, 上網快, 熱水充足. 早餐雖然是貴點, 但值得的.

五星级的假日酒店，价钱公道，房间超大超舒服，在这个位置不错了，楼下就是商场，十分方便！推荐！

The room is clean. But the lobby is a a bit smelly,it should be caused by the breaking of drain outside the hotel building.
