客室の雰囲気は悪くありませんでしたが、カーペットが濡れていてとても不快でした。しかも1箇所だけではなく数カ所。 言葉が通じないのでクレームを言い立てることもしませんでした。

よくもなく、悪くもなく。

古くないホテルなので、日本ほどではないが水回りはさほど汚くなかった。朝食付きプランでなかったので、次回はそこを確認したい。

部屋は非常にキレイで良いと思います。無線は試していませんが元々、有線ＬＡＮが執務デスクの左側から出ており、その点も問題なし。唯一難点はトイレが詰まったこと。これはトイレットペーパーの質のせいかもしれませんし、清掃で元通りになっていました。

基本的なサービスは良かったです。 部屋も広く清潔で良かったです。値段の割に全体的なクオリティは高かったと思います。 ただ、チェックアウト当日、早朝に空港まで行くバス乗り場に行くための、タクシーを手配してくださいと依頼し、何回も確認したにもかかわらず、空港までのタクシーを手配されてしまった点はちょっといただけなかったですが。

I chose this hotel because it is an international name, and there aren't many of those in Zibo. i chose wrong. My room smelled of stale urine, mainly in the bathroom, but it wafted through the room. The room service is a joke, and breakfast is ok if you are Chinese. But if you want a western breakfast, you have to figure it out. The cereal is kept on one side of the breakfast area, the milk on the other. They cook the eggs about 40 at a time, so good luck if you get the last one. And the toast is kept separate from the other breads. If you want anything with your eggs, well they are in a different part as well. I checked out 2 days early just to get away from the place.

시설은 나쁘지 않은데 WIFI는 안되는거나 마찬가지

The management spends most of the effort on the lobby is clean but this is were it's ends. Nothing work in the room and base on what I have seen nothing was done to fix it for number of years. This hotel has a western name but run like a local establishment. Forgetting the fact that no one can speak English and service non existent, this is not the place I would recommend or stay every again.

Excellent hotel in Zibo. Definately recommended for amazing rooms, good service and value for money!

It was great!

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. It is located in Downtown. Malls are only 5 mins walking from the hotel. Location of the hotel was great. Service is also good. Staffs are helpfull. Room condition is good. Decent one.

Good Location

I had used this hotel for a few years. It was one of best hotels in Zibo. But only problem is the rooms were a little bit cold even if I had adjusted the room temperature several times.

I arrived the hotel very late and all the stuffs were very polite and professional. The breakfast next morning was perfect, especially for someone who get used to oriental style. Room was quite clean. The only thing made me not very satisfied was the hot water came out after too long time. I had to wait naked in the shower room over 5 minutes after I turned on the water.

Got there at night and had to leave the next morning, very clean, beautiful place, good breakfast , staff at front dest excellent, one girl ran to the street to get us a taxi and explained to him where we wanted to go.
