It’s an amazing hotel for the price. It’s the stayers that smoke in non smoking rooms. I wonder if there can be smoke detectors to make sure no one smokes in non smoking rooms.

July,August and September is better time to visit

Excellent hotel.

We stayed one night and we're very pleased. The pool was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We have no complaints at all. The front desk staff, 张青青 and 王佳欣, made check in and check out easy and fast considering Covid 19 complicates things. Would definitely stay again.

For sure the best stay in town. Room conditions and breakfast are just ok (nice views from the top - even if not much to see :) , but again, you need to consider the environment. Some of the staff speaks a tiny bit of English, and they are super helpful. One of them even drove us to the Lamassery out of town at a competitive price.

for the price of RMB800, the room is fine with the normal Shangri la standard The property is new, and come with a view. While every hotel takes my debit card as deposit, this hotel don't, so I have to use a credit card instead....and coincidentally, 3 days after, this card received fraudulent transactions....and this hotel was the last to have assess to my card. well, thanks to OTP security, no losses on my side That is all that I have to say

酒店環境都很不錯！

Very friendly English speaking staff. The breakfast was amazing and fitness facilities and pool were great.(don’t forget to bring a swim cap)

Baotou on ongelmallinen kohde huonon kielitaidon osalta.

Very lovely hotel, and centrally located in the middle of Baotou (not that there's much to do there). The staff were very welcoming and pleasant, but seemed perhaps a touch inexperienced. Not that it detracted from my stay at all, it was just a bit short of the standard one would expect at a five-star hotel. Aside from that I had a fantastic stay. The room was spacious and clean and had all the amenities. The lounge breakfast was very nice too.

뷰가 앞에 멋진공원이보여서 근사했고 번화가 가운데 있어서 지리적으로 위치도좋았습니다. 방도깔끔하고 그리고 화장실이 깔끔해서좋았어요

위치도 좋고 주변에 편의시설도 아주 좋았습니다. 스타벅스 서브웨이 및 왓슨스를 비롯해 편의점도 가깝고 좋습니다

Rated for business and hotel served well

We arrived early and hotel let us check in. They did not have to. We were also allowed a late checkout 4pm this was very helpful for us and I would like to thank the hotel. There was no extra charge for this. I have no complaints about anything

酒店的硬件设施略旧 细节做的也不算好 如果降级为traders还可以 从ci到co 整个期间都很热情 送到电梯 每位原弓都会微笑问好 欢迎水果是俩苹果。。。

Hotel well located. Breakfast on the second floor is very good (Mongolian, chinese and american breakfast style). Lobby and lounge are very nice.
