サービスに対する対応が非常に遅い。

スタッフの方も親切で部屋もきれいであり、快適に過ごせました。済南都心部の観光名所にも近いです。

Beautiful property with big rooms

Shangri-La is a wonderful chain hotel in China. I have stayed there several times including Jinan and Nanjing. I will also be selecting them in Beijing. Friendly staff and good breakfast buffet. Hotel also is close to a wide variety of restaurants and shopping.

What you expect from a Shangri-La property : clean, well appointed, tasteful, nice rooms. The lacking element related to the lack of English speaking employees, and the overly convoluted procedures established by management (want to use the pool, need a head cap. Want to buy a head cap and charge to room , need to call front desk who can’t figure it out, etc..). Same property in Singapore is a class above

Several restaurants on the property. A local mall close by. Easy to navigate.

We had an amazing stay at Shangri-La Jinan and were impressed by the property location and conditions. The room was very lovely and clean. The location was convenient and within easy walking distance from Black Tiger Springs. Our room had beautiful views of Jinan’s main city square park Quancheng Plaza. Mr. Xu at the front desk was super attentive and nice, and went out of his way to make sure we get all the help we needed. Yifan Wang and Ricky Wang at the concierge were also very helpful and pleasant. We would happily stay here again next time in Jinan.

Great hotel to stay in Jinhan

après quelques difficultés d'enregistrement, le séjour a été excellent. service de chambre irréprochable, une très belle piscine, sauna et Hammam fonctionnels. le buffet de repas et de petit déjeuner est amazing ! Sans oublier un emplacement parfait pour accéder à pied à de nombreux sites touristiques.

入住当天下午19点入住时还没能给出房间，并且要求第二天中午12点前退房，等进去房间后还有工作人员在打扫卫生。预定时提出了加床要求并得到过肯定答复，结果入住后晚上23点40才给加床，影响了整晚的睡眠。早餐种类过少，不符合五星级的定位。
