お部屋は広々で快適！ロケーションも良い！クラブランジーも良かったです。また泊まりたい一軒です❗️

部屋の設備やアメニティは充実している。レストランの料理もとても美味しかった。また利用したい。

今まで泊まったシャングリラホテルの中で最悪なホテルでした。 マナーがの教育が足りなく、部屋も汚い！

部屋の広さ、清潔さ、バスルームの快適さ、剃刀の切れ味、タオルの柔かさ、特にベッドセットは快適そのもので、まさしく快眠が得られ、素晴らしい一夜が過ごせた。 ただし、朝食は不味かった。 もうすこし材料や料理方法や味付けを工夫しないと不評が広がる気がする。 南京は街場の小さなレストランでさえたいそう美味いから、比較するとさらにホテルの朝食の不味さを実感するだろう。

部屋は41階の眺望の良いお部屋で、広く、掃除も行き届いていて、寝具も素晴らしく快適でした。ただ、トイレから下水の臭いがして、バスルームは大変居心地が悪かったです。 このホテルのおすすめポイントは、お食事です。朝食ビュッフェも種類豊富で、大変美味しかったですし、何よりこのクラスのホテルにしてはリーズナブルです。ルームサービスも手頃なお値段で提供されています。 空港から遠いのが難点ですが、また機会があれば宿泊したいと思います。

Very nice place and Hotel, clean and with a freat city and Lake.view.

The facility needs more maintenance and updates. The ceiling of the big lobby seems to have water leak on the top and you can see the water signs left still there on the ceiling. The restaurant "江南灶“ uses really old chairs and some surfaces are quite worn out. Staff in general are courteous and helpful. There are exceptions though. Some staff in 江南灶 are quite callous in collecting payment. Their systems of payments were quite funny. As a resident of the hotel, I was asked to deposit 1000 yuan and I thought my credit card information would be good enough for meals, as normally happening with other five-star hotels I've been to. Not at 江南灶！At the second meal, the staff came straight to my face at collection and told me that my deposit of 1000 yuan won't cover it. I had to go back to my room and deposit another 3000 yuan to the front desk. At the third meal, it was more embarrassing that a different staff at collection did exactly the same thing. He came straight to my table and told me in front of my guest that I need more deposits. Maybe this restaurant is financially independent from the hotel and the staff was not properly trained. I complained to the manager that day. Lady Qian, the manager, was nice enough to apologize and showed up at my next dinner and served the first round of wine. I appreciated her attitude. Nonetheless, the collection experiences (twice) was quite unpleasant. Something that you would not expect at a five-star hotel.

Perfect check in experiencs. Super helpful and we upgraded 2 rooms to executive suite so as to have connecting rooms as we have children travelling with us. Suite comes with free bfast, afternoon tea and dinner at the club house. Nice view at 40th floor club house Every staff was attention to details! Didnt manage to get the name of a staff serving bfast at 2nd floor. She saw us pouring milk to our coffee and immediately made a cup of hot milk for our coffee! Superb service from check in to bfast to dinner to even then cleaning ladies. Location is good too. Highly recommended hotel!

Das Hotel liegt in bester Lage zum See , der einen großen Freizeitwert hat. Fantastischer Ausblick. Es lohnt sich vor allem die Buchung eines Zimmers mit Zutritt zur Horizone Lounge

整體感覺良好，早餐小籠包最好吃 但是整體都有點舊，不過保養還好

Lobby is so warm, fragrance are so strong that I have to go outside for some fresh air while checking in. Took a taxi back to the hotel with baby, as soon as we get off the taxi have not even check if we get everything from the car and the attendant start screaming at the driver to move the car! Where is the safety for your guest?

每次到南京，都選擇這酒店，因為她永不會令我失望，員工服務態度很好，房間極之清潔，簡直是一塵不染，地方寬敞，早餐好吃，還有江南灶，有水準，湖邊風景靚，絕對推薦👍

It was a great stay. Location is excellent , just next to the MRT and ride hailing app DiDi is just 1 click away. Service was all good. I arrived very early, left my luggage, walked around a bit, and got an early check-in at around 12. Big room with comfortable bed and all necessities you usually expect at a high end hotel. Massage at Chi spa is legendary and it's worth the price. The onsite restaurant Jiangnan Wok was voted 2nd best in the city but I think it's worth the number 1 position after trying both. The food was amazing, give it a try when you stay at the hotel. Now the improvement needed: the facilities already feel aging. Nothing broken but you can see the tired and old here and there, the in room carpet feels torn, discoloring in the bathroom, etc. Hope a renovation is already planned for the hotel. I slept in late 1 day and the construction next door was very loud, disrupting my lazy morning. Had I known about the work I could have planned something better. Last but not least, what a pity I didn't get to try the pool as the maintenance started during my stay. It was not communicated when I booked but info provided in the room when I arrived.
