シェラトン 長沙 ホテル (長沙運達喜来登酒店)

At check-in time, the receptionist didn't smile and seemed unwelcoming. I finished check-in and went to a buffet restaurant "feast". I told the room number to a restaurant staff, but she replied that I should pay by credit card or money at the time there. I asked why and she answered the deposit is not enough. I wasn't convinced but I told her that I pay by my credit card. She received the card and let me wait for a long time. After long time she and the manager said to me ,"We couldn't accept a credit card here. Please come to the front desk of the hotel." Even though my family( includes a baby ) was tired of the long trip and hungry at the time! After the dinner we went to the front desk and payed by my credit card. There was no apology for the inconvenience from the restaurant staff and the receptionist. The facilities of the hotel were good, but the service level is terrible as a 5-star hotel.

1. Lobby was so spectacular, check-in was fast and friendly with welcome snack 2. Room amenities were renovated and clean 3. Breakfast was very tasted with Changsha cuisine locally 4. The garden in the sky walkable very relaxing

The central heating is far too warm and felt suffocating and sweating. The temperature setting was around 26-30c which is not ideal and definitely not the right setting. Sheraton should have a standard data on suitability ambient temperature for public.

Never get wrong to choose Sheraton in China because of good location, service excellent throughout all level, staff always warm and caring. Morning breakfast buffet is good with lots of varieties. I enjoyed my stay in Sheraton

Our room was large and clean. Friendly stuff. Although it is quite a long distance to the metro station. 15 min walk. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Only the enterance is difficult to find. The other is okay. The staffs are kind and the breakfast is good. And location is near(2.0Km) to the river(downtown). Service are very nice. But the price is a little high. And the rewards... if you book other site example you booked not a direct website contacting, then the rewards is nothing.

地理位置不错。泳池不错！

地理环境还是可以的，房间设施较久，冰箱都不制冷。房间点餐，图片仅供参考。中餐厅前台招待太差，像路边小餐馆大妈级别，等半天也不招呼，也没有个先来后到。所以直接走了。

整體很不錯的飯店，標準喜來登設備與服務。乾淨舒適。

It takes more than 15minutes to checkout even in the early morning, each of the guest takes the same long time, don't how the staff trained for doing checkout. Concierge is not friendly at all, especially asking restaurants or for an umbrella during raining day.
