Great location in the sense that it’s quite close to a metro station (Hanxi Changlong, 5 min walk) and is surrounded by local restaurants, fast food joints, cafés, and small grocery stores. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a small kitchenette, washing machine, and microwave. Bathrooms is small but properly equipped. The housekeeping is very good too. Special kudos to the owner who is very helpful, responsive, and English-speaking. He went out of his way on several occasions to help me with this and that.

Great location cozy size and homey building, very quite, modern style amenities great for single person trying to experience China on a budget, dont expect 5star hotel but for the value definitely allot of bang for your buck, daily housekeeping is a bones every time you come back to your room its super clean, very safe i had my personal things out all the time. Owner very communicative and has many units to accommodate, this is a plus if you try to stay additional days it doesn’t become a problem. Over all the value is excellent and the place is good. If your looking for a budget option this is excellent.
